Raising The Cooperation Spirits Of Junior Students

Cooperation is the important driving force of mankind' s existence and development. Cooperation spirit is one of the three requirements of moral and quality to the talents in the 21st century. Nowadays, the middle school students are the future builders and force, if they need to survive in the social competition and develop themselves, they not only need the competitive spirit, but also the cooperation spirit. Therefore, raising the cooperation spirit of the students have become an important issue that the educators must address and pay more attention to.On the basis of the cooperation educational theory and research achievement, this study investigated the status of the cooperation spirit and the training status of the cooperation spirit of the middle school students in Jingyin in the manner of investigation, analyzed the cause of losing the cooperation spirit, and raised the suggestions on cultivating the cooperation of Junior students according to the research results. The full text is divided into five parts.The reason to study the topics, study theoretical and practical significance and research objectives, contents and methods were classified in the first chapter;The research theory and practical basis was explained in the second chapter;In the third chapter, designing the investigation program to the status of students' cooperation spirit, and indicating the status of cooperation spirit and the training status of the cooperation spirit of the middle school students by statistics and analysis of the investigation results.The issue existing in the cooperation spirit of Junior students, the difference of cooperation spirit between grades and class, and the issue existing in cultivating the cooperation spirit of Junior students were revealed in the forth chapter, and also analyzed the cause by them.In the fifth chapter, on the basis of the above analysis, raising the countermeasures and suggestions on cultivating the students' cooperation spirit form the three levels of school, teachers and students.
