Universities shoulder an important mission to cultivate talents for the country. With the continuous development of higher education, the importance of talents educating attracts increasing attention. How to strengthen the talents educating and to explore the new educative approaches are the issues that educators must concern. Positive college students’ association activities have an essential function of educating talents. As the most influential student group, the associations enrich college students’after class life, inspire their all kinds of potentials, and enable them to advance in all rounds. Rich and varied association activities are the main channel of college cultural building, which play the key role in learning as well as living of the students, extend the field of university education. At present, the college associations has developed into a flourishing situation, becoming the leading strength of college culture, then-opening up new room for optimizing talents educating under the new situation. Therefore, analyze in-depth on the educating function of college association activities, and niche putting forward the approaches to realize which will enjoy great realistic meaning for further enhancing and improving college talents educating.Based on the analysis of relations between association activities and college talents educating, this paper discusses the effects result from association activities, besides, analyzes the current survey results of the talents educating function of college association activities from part of Chinese colleges. And then it points out the restraining factors from two levels, colleges and associations themselves. Finally, based on the investigation findings, this paper proposes the specific approaches to realize the talents educating function of college association activities from three aspects, that is to say, educating people by environment, moral, practice. It probes the important value for college students’ growth and success brought from the realization of talents educating function of college association activities. |
