Classroom teaching evaluation,also known as class evaluation and observation and evaluation of teaching,is a general judgment of the activities of teachers and students in classroom teaching and the changes caused by these activities according to the classroom teaching objectives.By analyzing the problems in the evaluation of classroom teaching in primary schools,this study carries out optimization actions to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching,which creates great practical significance for enriching the theory of classroom teaching and improving the efficiency of classroom teaching.This study selected all the students in Class B,Grade 3,of Lanzhou D Primary School in Gansu Province as the research object.The researcher with Z Teacher and L Teacher,the collaborators of action research,carried out three rounds of action research for more than four months.The data were collected by means of physical analysis,observational method,interviewing method and questionnaire,so as to sort out and analyze the specific problems in classroom teaching evaluation.In the first round of action research,the researcher observed and analyzed the teaching objectives in the developmental classroom teaching evaluation system,found the problems of insufficient generation of classroom teaching objectives,and collaborated with Z teacher and L teacher to optimize the generation of classroom teaching objectives evaluation.In the second round of action research,the researcher observed and analyzed the teaching process in the developmental classroom teaching evaluation system,and there were four problems: inadequate construction of the psychological environment in the learning environment;inadequate effectiveness of group cooperative learning;inadequate pertinence to students' guidance and feedback;and single and inadequate pertinence of classroom evaluation language.Therefore,we carried out optimizing actions to strengthen the construction of psychological environment in learning environment,enhanced the effectiveness of group cooperative learning,improved the pertinence of students' guidance and feedback,and promoted the pertinence and richness of classroom evaluation language.In the thirdround of action research,the researcher observed and analyzed the teaching effect of the developmental classroom teaching evaluation system.The problems of imperfect reward system and insufficient fairness of classroom teaching evaluation were found.Therefore,optimization actions were carried out to improve the reward system and enhance the fairness of classroom teaching.Each round of action research includes four links: finding problems,launching action,implementing effect of action research,existing problems and reflection.After three rounds of action research,the researcher further analyzed the implementation effect of three rounds of action research,and put forward the establishment of "observation-reflection-cooperation-action" classroom teaching evaluation optimization mechanism,so that cooperative teachers could carry out long-term classroom teaching evaluation practice and improvement.Through three rounds of action research,it is found that changing teachers' teaching concepts is the fundamental requirement of optimizing classroom teaching evaluation,and an effective and long-term operating reward system is the guarantee of improving classroom teaching evaluation.Finally,Changing teaching concepts,carrying out student-centered teaching reform;strengthening group cooperative learning and promoting the development of students' cooperative inquiry ability;Focusing on Problems and Strengthening School-based Teaching Research in Focused Classroom.
