In order to improve the teaching effect in university ideological and political course, Public Department of the Central Committee and Ministry of Education have jointly issued a new curriculum scheme on the basis of extensive survey and have compiled new teaching materials under condition of using useful experience for preference and absorbing the lessons brought about by faults in the past. How to put the spirits of the new scheme into effect and make full use of the new teaching materials in the new historic period is an argument that demands prompt solution. Though there are some repetitions in teaching contents between college ideological and political theory courses and senior school's ideological and political ones, there are many diversities and differences.Therefore, it is important to do some researches on link-up among them. What can we do to realize the possibility of link-up? Due to the unity of nature, content consistency, consistency of purpose, and similarity of teaching form the high school and college ideological and political theory course bear,as well as the background of teaching reform, which provides an important conditions for content link-up between college ideological and political theory course and high school ideological and political courses. However there are many negative factors ranging from teaching notions and targets and contents to process of curriculum reform, hindering the implementation of teaching link-up. So discovering the problems in link-up of teaching content and adopting appropriate measures are beneficial to form system and integrity of ideological and political courses.The thesis is concretely made up of four parts:Partâ… is the theoretical foundation of the paper. The introducing of systematic theory and teaching and learning theory and theory of curriculum system demonstrates that tendency of the system to become perfect is based on the theoretical basis after many years'development. The theoretical basis is needed to guide the content linkPartâ…¡is focused on comparison of the contents of courses. As to curriculum standard, we can elaborate identical and different parts from the three aspects of course target, course content, course character; in terms of knowledge, the paper analyzes common knowledge points between them and new knowledge points possessed by college ideological and political theory courses as well as unique ones by senior ideological and political course.Partâ…¢has known and mastered the problems in content link-up to a certain extent with the help of questionnaire inquiry. Though we have accomplished certain achievements before, there are still many defects. This part mainly finds out the cohesion about teaching content between the college ideological and political theory course and high school ideology and politics course, and analyzes the reasons.Partâ…£puts forward some suggestions about content link-up, and positively explores approaches to linking up from the aspects of teaching materials,teachers, education departments,colleges and students. Further development and perfection of those two courses will play an important part in improving students'comprehensive quality.
