Study Of Sino-Russian Cooperation In Running Schools

The rapid development of globalization makes the world more closely connected as a whole.Chairman Xi Jinping has put forward the great vision of building a community of Shared future for mankind and building the "Belt and Road".Under the guidance of these guidelines and policies,China is actively integrating,exchanging and cooperating with the international community in culture,education,trade and many other fields.Globalization involves all aspects of human life,not only in the economic field,but also in the education field nowadays.Therefore,the cultivation of international talents is more and more important for the overall development of a country or region.China and Russia are both important countries along the "Belt and Road".As comprehensive strategic partners of coordination,since the "Belt and Road" was put forward,Sino-Russian cooperation in economy,culture,science and technology,education and other fields has developed deepen.However,there is still a big gap between the strength,integration degree and talent reserve of higher education between China and Russia,and the "Belt and Road" requires educational help,need to cultivate all kinds of much-needed talents to promote complementary advantages and achieve better cooperation between China and Russia.Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools is not only an inevitable result of the development of bilateral exchanges,but also is an important content of developing transnational education,and helps building the "Belt and Road" much better.By sorting out relevant theories such as the transnational higher education and relevant literature and historical evolution of Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools,this paper clarifies the development process and law of Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools,laying a solid foundation for the further detailed and in-depth study of Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools.Based on the official websites of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Supervision Platform of the Ministry of Education,Statistical Yearbook of the People's Republic of China and Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Research Center of Xia Men University,the latest information and data of Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools are collected and analyzed,and the currentsituation of Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools is summarized.The Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools officially started in 1995.After more than 20 years and of 5periods of development,it has now entered the stage of improving quality and increasing efficiency,and has become an important part of China's cross-border education and higher education.Since the "Belt and Road" initiative was put forward in 2013,new changes in domestic and foreign situations have brought new opportunities for the development of Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools.Although the Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools have great progress,under the new situation we should also see that there are still problems,such as the Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools still exist the lack of overall influence,the foreign quality education resources is not high,quality of cooperation in running schools still need to improve,cooperation in running schools of imperfect layout and design,cooperation in running schools teaching language still exist some obstacles,and so on.Therefore,improve the Sino-Russian Cultural Communication Mechanism,to establish the Multi-field Sino-Russian Academic Communication Platform,set up new Sino-Russian Education Cooperation and Communication Demonstration System,moderately expand the scale of higher education,guide China's run schools in Russia,reform language teaching to promote integration and so on,has become new path of improving the level of Sino-Russian cooperation in running schools,of developing the "Belt and Road" initiative,and of boosting our country's higher education reformation and further development.
