Research On The Development Strategy Of High School Education In Nanling County Under The Background Of Education Modernization

In October 2017,the report of the Nineteenth National Congress proposed popularizing high school education and giving priority to education."Accelerating the Implementation Plan of the Modernization of Recommended Education(2018-2022)"expresses the need to speed up the popularization of high school education and promote the development of high-quality characteristics of ordinary high schools.The distribution of high school education resources in Anhui Province is uneven and the development of general vocational education is not coordinated.Especially in rural and poor areas,education is weak,Under the background of educational modernization,this paper studies the development strategy of high school education in Nanling County,Anhui Province.Firstly,the paper points out the research background,significance and methods of high school education development under the background of educational modernization,as well as the literature review at home and abroad.It defines the concepts of educational modernization,popularization of high school education and general vocational diversion.Secondly,it elaborates the current situation of Nanling County,and analyses the current situation of education popularization in senior high schools.This paper compares the popularization of high school education in Nanling County with that in Anhui Province,and points out the achievements and shortcomings in the development of high school education in Nanling County in recent years.Through interviews and questionnaires,this paper finds out the problems in the development of high school education in Nanling County:Curriculum resources are scarce,training mode is lack of innovation,students drop out of school,the construction of teachers is not comprehensive,and the development of general vocational education is not coordinated.In view of the problems,we should build characteristic high schools,open elective courses in general high schools,diversify training modes,strengthen the construction of teachers,encourage private education,and explore countermeasures for building comprehensive high schools.Through the research,the author finds out the problems in the development of high school education in Nanling County,To put forward practical and feasible suggestions for the development of high school education in this area,and strive to contribute to promoting the development of high quality and characteristics of county high school education.
