Since China first proposed the policy of "the proportion of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools is roughly equal" in the senior high school education stage in 1983,the problem of "the proportion of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools" has almost accompanied the whole process of reform and opening up.Since entering the new era,China's economic development has entered a new normal.With economic transformation,technological development and social progress,many unprecedented new situations have been revealed.Secondary vocational education is in trouble and is facing many new challenges.The "proportion of secondary vocational schools" has become a hot issue in the field of education.The ratio of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools at the high school stage is not just a simple mathematical ratio,it is related to all aspects of China's future national economic development,and there is no doubt about the importance of the construction of a strong human resources country and the modernization of national socialism.The author believes that it is necessary to formulate the relevant policy formation process of "the proportion of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools are roughly equal"and examine the current status of the "ratio of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools" at the current stage.By referring to literature and field survey methods,on the basis of previous scholars 'research,field surveys were conducted in four regions of Hubei Province.The survey objects included junior high school students,junior high school class teachers,secondary vocational school students and full-time teachers.Statistical yearbooks and field survey data,using chi-square test,binomial classification Logistic regression,principal component analysis and other methods,analyzed the influencing factors of "the proportion of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools" in Hubei Province,combining theory and practice,hope Propose more scientific and reasonable countermeasures to the question of the"proportion of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools" in high school.According to this logical thinking,the research framework is as follows:Chapter 1 is the introduction part,including six parts:question proposition,research significance,definition of core concepts,literature review,research methods and research ideas;chapters 2 and 3 review separately The policy of "the ratio of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools" at the senior high school stage in China and Hubei Province was analyzed,and the analysis of the number of schools,the number of students in the school and the number of enrolled students in China and the region of Hubei Province "Proportion of secondary vocational schools";the fourth chapter is the analysis of the influencing factors of "the proportion of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools" in Hubei Province,through the survey data of Hubei Province and the past years of "Hubei Province Statistical Yearbook" The analysis of relevant data in,supplemented by interviews from field investigations,objectively explored the influencing factors of "the ratio of ordinary high schools and secondary vocational schools" in Hubei Province;Chapters 5 and 6 are based on the analysis of influencing factors in Chapter 4,Raised the current high school stage "proportion of ordinary high school and secondary vocational school" problems And analyzes the causes of the problem,which has targeted further proposed countermeasures.
