Based on the background of the reform of "campus football" in our country,this paper,from the perspective of psychology,takes the professional identity of football teachers on campus in Henan Province as the research object,makes a systematic analysis of the concept,characteristics,influencing factors and Countermeasures of football teachers on campus by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,and preliminarily establishes campus football.Based on the theoretical basis of the professional identity of teachers,this paper deeply analyses the differences and characteristics of the professional identity of football teachers in Henan Province,explores the factors affecting the unbalanced development of the professional identity of football teachers in Henan Province,and puts forward solutions for them.This study is divided into three parts: the difference analysis of Henan campus football teachers' professional identity,the characteristics analysis of Henan campus football teachers' professional identity,and the strategies to improve the level of Henan campus football teachers' professional identity.Combining with the research results,the conclusion is drawn as follows:1.The overall level of professional identity of school football teachers in Henan Province is relatively high,but the development of each factor level is not balanced.The order from high to low is: belief identity,goal identity,continuous identity,emotional identity,ability identity.2.The professional identity of football teachers on campus in Henan Province is influenced by gender,age,teaching age,educational background,professional title,special subject,teaching object,school location and monthly income level.The professional identity level of male football teachers on campus is significantly higher than that of female football teachers;before teaching,the professional identity level of football teachers is higher than that of non-football teachers in different schools.There are significant differences in the overall level of professional identity and emotional identity,ability identity and goal identity of campus football teachers.The professional identity of campus football teachers in urban schools is higher than that in suburban,Township and rural areas.There is no significant difference in the variables of age,teaching age,educational background,professional title,teaching object and monthly income level.3.Campus football teachers are influenced by their personality,family,learning experience,teaching experience,teacher-student relationship,social and political background and other factors.4.Based on the society,family and teachers themselves,this paper puts forward suggestions and suggestions for strengthening the professional identity level of football teachers on campus.
