Speed reading method is short for fast reading method and speed reading method.It can help readers get as much useful information as possible in as short a time as possible.Camor lomb,a Hungarian scholar who speaks 16 foreign languages,said: "in any era,the dominant position should be the reading method that meets the social requirements of the era.[M].Shanghai: east China university of science and technology press,1999:5] we are in the era of information explosion,we can no longer use a traditional and dogmatic form to read a vast amount of materials.Speed reading is to boldly skip over the obsolete knowledge in the reading materials and read on,so as to avoid the waste of reading,and help readers quickly grasp the useful information,analyze,sort out and process it,and then "file it into the library".The fast reading method is the life rhythm,the value idea and the thought method of the information society,it promoted the reading method modernization the qualitative leap,is the reading method which conforms to the time request.This paper is divided into five parts.In the introduction,it mainly expounds the background,research status and research significance of the topic selection for high school modern fast reading.The first chapter mainly studies the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts of fast reading,the definition of fast reading and related concepts,as well as the physiological,psychological and theoretical basis of fast reading.The second chapter is the main body of the paper,which is mainly about the design of speed reading training.First of all,the design basis of speed reading is described,and then the specific case analysis of speed reading training is made.The third chapter is the application practice of speed reading,and the result of practice is presented in the form of report.The fourth chapter is the reflection and summary of this research.The research focus of this paper is to enable students to master the basic speed reading skills and improve their reading ability through the training of basic fast reading skills and the introduction of basic reading methods.Speed reading training is conducive to developing students,thinking,although the mainstream of education is still "exam-oriented education".However,the ability has the characteristics of transfer,and the ability of rapid reading can be transferred to other disciplines,which is conducive to the improvement of the performance of other disciplines.Therefore,rapid reading can also be regarded as an effective method to cultivate students,ability to take exams.
