In order to cultivate the socialist values of students and implement the fundamental task of “Establish Morality to Nurture Talent”,the Ministry of Education published the latest“Standards for Ideological and Political Courses in Ordinary High Schools” in 2018,clearly pointing out that the new round of curriculum reform should highlight the fundamental requirements of nurturing talents and cultivating the core literacy of ideological and political,which has made new requirements for the future teaching of high school ideological and political courses.Through reviewing literature and teaching,the author finds that activity teaching has important significance for the ideological and political teaching to cultivate the core quality of the discipline.From the perspective of cultivating the core literacy of students' ideological and political disciplines,this paper investigates and studies the status of ideological and political activities teaching of middle and high school students in five schools in Xinxiang City,Henan Province,based on literature research method and questionnaire investigation method,supplemented by interview method and classroom observation,expounding the meaning,characteristics and theoretical and practical basis of its core accomplishment.Based on the survey results,the current high school ideological and political activities are analyzed.The status of the core literacy of the teaching cultivation discipline is explained from the two points of achievements and the predicament.The achievements are mainly the teaching of the ideological and political course activities,which is conducive to the promotion of the core literacy of the students;And the improvement of students ' interest in learning ideological and political courses is more conducive to cultivating the core literacy of the discipline;the arrival of the era of "core literacy" has promoted the new development of the theory and practice of activity teaching;the improvement of the sense of identity of teachers' activities is more conducive to cultivating the core literacy of students.The predicament mainly include the lack of teachers' professional quality,hindering thecultivation of students' core literacy;Teachers pay too much attention to the form of activities,the cultivation of core literacy of weak chemical subjects;traditional teaching evaluation methods reduce the comprehensiveness of core literacy evaluation.Then,from the perspectives of teachers' professional literacy,activity teaching methods and evaluation methods,the author analyzes the reasons,teachers are lack of activity teaching theory and teacher activity design ability;some teachers pay too much attention to the activity teaching form and some students do not adapt to the activity teaching method,the teaching evaluation are relatively single and the teachers' evaluation criteria pay too much attention to theoretical knowledge.These has caused the predicament of the core literacy of the current high school ideological and political course teaching cultivation discipline.Finally,the corresponding cultivation path is proposed according to these reasons.It mainly includes: continuously improving the professional quality of high school ideological and political teachers,reforming traditional teaching methods,strengthening the concept of activity teaching,and constantly optimizing the standards and forms in instructional design.
