In the 21st century,Chinese students develop the core literacy,in which cultivating the "all-round development" acts as the core,and which strives to improve the level of students' cultural foundation,independent development,and social participation.In terms of cultural foundation,the new curriculum standard stipulated that the core literacy of high school ideological and political disciplines is "political identity,scientific spirit,legal consciousness,and public participation",and this proposal reflects transformation of the high school ideological and political teaching from the subject knowledge teaching standard to the literacy cultivation standard concept.The transformation has pointed out the direction for high school ideological and political classroom teaching.At the same time,the newly revised high school ideological and political curriculum standards proposed the requirements of shaping the "active" subject curriculum,while the active classroom teaching is an important means to implement the "active" subject curriculum,and which is meaningful for the development of students,teachers as well as the improvement of the quality of teaching.Therefore,based on the background of discipline core cultivation and activity-based curriculum construction,this paper explored the significance,existing problems,cause analysis and optimization strategies of constructing high school ideological and political activity classrooms in four parts as follows.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduced the significance of the research questions in this paper,the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas,and the research methods applied.The second part is based on the concept of core literacy and activity classroom;the theoretical basis of constructing activity classroom;and the practical needs and possibilities of constructing high school ideological and political activity classroom.The third part analyzed the problems and the causes of the current high school ideological and political activity classroom construction and implementation through questionnaires,interviews and classroom observations.The fourth part proposed an improvement strategy,which is also the focus of this paper.First,the awareness and attitudes of schools,teachers,and students should be raises and corrected.Second,teachers should carefully design the teaching process and achieve teaching goals.Finally,we must adhere to far-reaching evaluation and then achieve value leadership.
