In recent years,the state has issued policies to clean up the "Only thesis,only hat,only title,only education,only award" and to SCI,and colleges and universities have revised the policies such as paper only.However,in the process of postgraduate training,how to correctly understand the relationship between thesis publishing and training quality,and what position thesis writing and publishing play in the training process are still worthy of further study.This study discusses the quality of postgraduate education from the perspective of thesis publishing,and discusses the relationship between thesis publishing and training quality,so as to clarify the focus of postgraduate education,and make colleges and universities and instructors have more reasonable positioning and more effective guidance for improving the situation of postgraduate thesis publishing.Quantitative statistical method was used to prove the positive correlation between paper publication and culture quality.This paper selects the publication of MEd of H University as the main research object,and makes statistical analysis on the publication of the thesis.To explore the quality of MEd Training by interview.Based on the status of the main body of students' education,using the method of qualitative interview,we can explore the quality of MEd training,as well as the relationship between the publication of papers and the quality of training.It is found that there is a certain relationship between the two.Some MEd graduate students who have published papers at multiple levels are successful in their exams,and some are employed in academic careers.But most are not directly related.It is found that the number of papers published by H University is small and decreasing,and the quality of papers published is not high.Compared with the other two higher education institutions in the same period,the quantity and quality of H University's papers published are obviously lower.In a sense,this proves the positive correlation between the publication of papers and the quality of training.This paper discusses the quality of MEd Training by interview,and proves the positive correlation between the quality of training and the publication of papers.Because there are many dimensions of training quality,this study is based on the status of students' education subject,using the method of qualitative interview,we can peep into the status of training quality of H University's higher education master students,so as to prove the relationship between paper publishing and training quality.To rectify and reshape the relationship between paper publishing and training quality.To some extent,paper publishing is a core sign of training quality.It is necessary to strengthen the training mechanism of academic seminars and cultivate students' academic research ability and academic expression ability.As an academic degree,the postgraduate of higher education should be committed to the cultivation of academic ability,and the writing and publishing of academic papers should be the focus of the cultivation of academic postgraduate.According to the current situation of thesis publishing and the problems of training quality,from the perspective of thesis publishing,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the quality of MEd thesis publishing and postgraduate training from the aspects of graduate students themselves,tutors,training mechanism and research environment.
