Objective:With the rapid development of society,students 'health has always been the focus of attention in this society.Parents' expectations for children are getting higher and higher,because the rapid development of society brings about the competition of talents.Junior high school students are under great learning pressure and have long been sitting in a state of learning.Long-term incorrect sitting has brought about bad forms of the body,such as abnormal curvature of the spine,which has caused the trunk to fail to transmit normally.In particular,the muscles of the shoulders,arms,and chest are stiff and swollen due to the poor sitting posture of the back of the back for a long time.The strength of the muscles and the sensitivity of the nerves can not develop normally.Some students have also appeared obese.Affected the development of various functions of the body.Physical education is three times a week.There is not enough exercise time to cause the physical quality of junior high school students to decline gradually.This phenomenon can be clearly seen in physical education classes.Junior high school students,especially girls,have no power to throw solid ball arms,lack of power in the long jump legs,and sit-ups.The core body is not strong enough.Boys are stronger than girls,but boys performance in regular sports tests is not very good.Pilates exercise can be targeted at the physical fitness of junior high school students.It can not only coordinate the strength of various muscle groups in the body,but also improve body shape and improve body quality.Let their body function get a steady development.Methods:This topic mainly uses the literature data method,the interview method,the experiment method,discusses the Pilates to the junior middle school student body shape and the body quality influence.In the course of writing,this paper interviewed Pilate's sports,physical education and sports training experts.After the experiment,the students were also interviewed.The first-year students of the LuJiang Experimental School in KunShan City were selected as experimental subjects and were randomly divided into experimental groups and control groups.Each group had 45 people.The experimental group also performed Pilates exercise in addition to teaching according to the teaching materials.The control group used basic physical exercise according to the content of the teaching materials.The experimental time is one school year.Before and after the experiment,the body shape and body quality were tested and the changes were compared.Results:Statistical analysis of the experimental data showed that there was a significant difference in body shape between the experimental group and the control group in the first stage(0.01<P<0.05),but no significant difference in the second stage(P>0.05);body weight,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the first stage(P>0.05),the first stage(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the two stages(0.01<P<0.05);there were significant differences in the first and second stages between the experimental group and the control group(0.01<P<0.05).Physical fitness index:strength quality,experimental group than the control group has a very significant difference(P<0.01);sensitivity,coordination quality,experimental group than the control group has a very significant difference(P<0.01);Conclusions:Flexibility quality,experimental group than the control group has a very significant difference(P<0.01);cardiopulmonary function,experimental group and pairs There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(1)Pilates exercise and basic physical fitness exercise can help junior high school students'height and weight development,Pilates exercise on junior high school students'three surroundings index is more obvious,two groups of exercise on junior high school students'morphology has certain improvement.(2)Pilates exercise is more advantageous to junior high school students'physical qualities such as strength,flexibility and agility than basic physical training.(3)Pilates exercise and basic physical exercise can improve the vital capacity of junior high school students,and improve the respiratory function to a certain extent.
