| Ideological and Political Course is the key course for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of moral education.The key to running this course well lies in teachers.Young teachers are an important part of the teaching staff in Colleges and universities,and they are the backbone of Ideological and political teaching.To strengthen the construction of Ideological and political course teachers in Colleges and universities,we should focus on the cultivation of young teachers and improve the teaching ability of young teachers,so as to further improve the quality and level of Ideological and political education.This paper consists of four parts.The introduction part explains the research background and value of improving the teaching ability of young teachers of Ideological and political course,combs and summarizes the relevant research results,and puts forward the research ideas,methods,innovations and shortcomings of this paper.The first part is the theoretical basis of this paper.First of all,the core concept of teaching ability of young teachers of Ideological and political course in Colleges and universities is clarified: first,the young teachers of Ideological and political course are defined from three aspects of age,teaching experience and function.Secondly,on the basis of grasping the connotation of "ability" and "teaching ability",it clarifies the special connotation of "teaching ability of Ideological and political teachers".Thirdly,based on the three links of teaching preparation,teaching implementation and teaching reflection,this paper summarizes the core content of improving young teachers’ teaching ability from six aspects.In the second place,it demonstrates the importance of improving the teaching ability of young teachers from four aspects: the overall development of teachers,the improvement of teaching quality,the professional development of young teachers and the development needs of college students.The second part is the difficulty of this paper.Based on the study and carding of the relevant policy documents and research literature,combined with my own interviews with some leaders in charge of teaching and teaching supervision as well as young teachers of front-line ideological and political courses,this paper summarizes the effective progress in improving the teaching ability of young teachers of Ideological and political courses,and mainly focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of young teachers’ teaching ability of Ideological and political course in Colleges and universities,tries to analyze the deep reasons of young teachers’ teaching ability from three aspects of the country,universities and young teachers themselves.The third part is the focus and foothold of this paper.In view of the shortcomings of the teaching ability of young teachers of Ideological and political course in Colleges and universities,based on the existing research results and the effective experience of improving the teaching ability of young teachers of Ideological and political course,this paper analyzes the path of improving the teaching ability of young teachers of Ideological and Political Course from three aspects: the government’s macro planning,the implementation of the main responsibility of colleges and universities,and the teachers’ own efforts. |
