The cultivation of core literacy has always been the focus of curriculum reform.In the newly promulgated "Ordinary High School Chinese Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as "Standards"),the core literacy of the Chinese language discipline is defined as "language construction and application,thinking development and promotion,aesthetic appreciation and creation,cultural heritage." And advocate the development of students' core literacy through active language practice activities.The "National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" also states: "Educational plan should be teacher-oriented.Only good teachers can make the education better have a good education." Only professional faculty,the cultivation of core literacy,the cultivation of talents,can make the improvement of the educational level possible.The first chapter explains the connotation of the four concepts of teacher professional development,professional development of Chinese teachers,professional competence of teachers and professional competence of Chinese teachers.At the same time,in combination with the requirements of the Standards that high school Chinese teachers should have the vision of new curriculum.The professional ability to conduct a detailed analysis,mainly around the three aspects of language ability,teaching ability and research ability.Chinese teachers should improve their own ability to conform to the process of Chinese teaching in the context of the new curriculum reform.The second chapter interviews the high school Chinese teachers in F middle school,from the high school Chinese teachers' extracurricular reading,lesson preparation,situation creation,application of information technology in the classroom,teaching summary and reflection,education research and other aspects of high school Chinese teacher professional The status quo of development and the analysis of the current situation of the investigation aim to summarize the problems existing in the professional development of the current high school Chinese teachers.In the third chapter,aiming at the problems existing in the professional development of high school Chinese teachers,combined with the new curriculum concept,the corresponding solutions are proposed,including: reading quietly,constantly improving the language ability;focusing on the gradual exercise of teaching ability;strengthening awareness and improving Self-research ability.This research hopes to attach great importance to the improvement of professional ability and use their actions to achieve their professional growth.
