Teachers are important factors affecting classroom quality.Having a team of teachers with good quality and strong ability can not only improve teachers' quality and classroom teaching quality,but also promote the sustainable and healthy development of education.Since the implementation of the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 edition)in autumn of 2018,the reform of Chinese education and teaching in senior high schools has attracted people's attention again.Teachers' accomplishment has also been endowed with new contents and requirements.Chinese teachers must face up to the new requirements of the new curriculum standard reform for their own accomplishment and actively construct Chinese teachers suitable for the background of the new curriculum standard.Literacy system is an important guarantee for teachers to adapt to the new curriculum standards and textbooks as soon as possible at the beginning of the reform.Based on the study of "Chinese Curriculum Standards for Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)",this paper combines two practice experiences during undergraduate and postgraduate periods,and proceeds from the reality of Chinese education and teaching,and constructs a new quality system of Chinese teachers in Senior High Schools under the background of the new curriculum standards,so as to adapt to the reform of basic education curriculum at the present stage in China and actively improve Chinese teaching in senior high schools.Quality.The main contents of this paper are divided into four parts:The first part introduces the new requirements of the 2017 edition of senior high school Chinese curriculum standards for teachers' professional quality,and combs the definition of the concepts of Chinese literacy and Chinese teachers' professional quality,and explores the relationship between them.The second part explores the new changes in the Chinese curriculum standards of senior high schools in the 2017 edition,focusing on the presentation of Chinese literacy and the composition of task groups,and explores the new curriculum standards and their new requirements for Chinese teachers' scientific literacy andeducational and teaching professional literacy.In the third part,through two questionnaires,the author investigates and analyses the current situation of Chinese subject literacy and Chinese education and teaching literacy of high school Chinese teachers in Kunming and Yuxi,Yunnan Province.The fourth part focuses on the strategies to improve the professional quality of Chinese teachers in Senior High Schools under the background of the new curriculum standard of 2017 edition.This research combines the educational and teaching experience of excellent teachers in Chinese teaching in senior high schools,combines theory with authentic and credible teaching practice,puts forward specific and effective strategies to improve teachers' Chinese subject literacy and teachers' educational and teaching literacy,and strives to construct a new high school Chinese teacher's literacy system that meets the needs of educational reform and social development,so as to improve Chinese teaching in senior high schools in China.The quality of education and teaching.
