Research On Social Work Intervention Strategies Of Deep Poverty Groups

In recent years,as China's work in poverty alleviation has entered a critical sprint stage,the problem of deep poverty groups has also received increasing attention.For the second-generation transmission problem of poverty-stricken and poverty-stricken people in deep poverty groups,this not only affects the realization of China's goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,but also affects the in-depth development of social work professional services.The existing research has more discussion on the involvement of social work in poverty groups,but in the field of deep poverty,it is basically in the research gap.Based on this,this paper explores the social work intervention strategies of deep poor groups,explores the effective strategies and service mechanisms of social workers involved in deep poverty groups,in order to provide useful experience for social workers to participate in accurate poverty alleviation work.The specialization and localization of social work provides useful attempts to this area.In order to explore the above problems,this paper takes the advantage perspective as the theoretical guidance framework,and uses the case study method in qualitative research to select three in-depth poor families in the precision assistance social work project in the T-area of M city as the research case.The social workers are the research objects,exploring the social workers' intervention process for the deep poor groups,and adopting the literature method,interview method,participatory observation method and focus group interview method as the data collection methods of the research.The study found that:1.Social workers involved in deep poverty are divided into four steps:policy docking,household assessment,program development and service implementation;2.Social workers use three important coping strategies in the service development process:demand The advantages of the assessment,the positive response in the service process,and the consolidation of the results when the goals are achieved,these strategies reflect the ability of the deep poor to use;3.These effective coping strategies of social workers are based on a family-based,competency-oriented service intervention mechanism.It reminds social workers to use the entire family as a unit to take advantage of the family's functions.The findings of this study can help social workers improve their ability to participate in precision poverty alleviation,enhance the professionalism of social work services,and provide an empirical basis for the use of superior perspectives in the services of deep poor people.However,due to my limited time and energy,there are still few choices in research cases,and there are still many shortcomings in the depth of research.
