The postgraduate career is a process of constructing a theoretical system of professional knowledge and expanding the academic horizon.It is also a process in which personal values are stable and mature.In this process,postgraduate training units play a vital role in the quality of graduate education by providing hardware and software conditions for postgraduate study and research.At present,China's postgraduate education is in a period of strategic transition from a big education country to a strong education country.Improving the quality of postgraduate education has become the primary task of higher education reform.The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)clearly states:"To establish a management system and working mechanism oriented to improving the quality of education,to formulate national education quality standards,and to establish and improve a quality assurance system for education".It can be seen that improving quality is the core task of the development of higher education,and it is also the basic requirement for building a strong country in higher education.With the progress of society and the development of postgraduate education,under the current higher education system,how to improve the conditions of training units,promote the quality of postgraduate education and the development of postgraduate mental health are the starting points of this study.This study firstly uses the literature method to comprehensively collect relevant domestic and foreign literatures.On the basis of fully understanding the existing research results,it summarizes the related concepts and influencing factors of graduate education quality.Then,taking the graduate students of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces as the target,the self-edited Students Education Status Questionnaire" and the psychological development scales were used to explore the current situation of the quality of school education and the quality of postgraduate education in the two provinces.Then use Amos software to construct a structural equation model for graduate education quality.After clearly identifying the factors affecting the quality of postgraduate education,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of postgraduate education are proposed in a targeted manner.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In terms of the quality of school education,Zhejiang Province is superior to Jiangsu Province,and Zhejiang colleges and universities pay special attention to the construction of school research atmosphere;(2)In terms of the quality of postgraduate education,the overall level is not high,Jiangsu Province is higher than Zhejiang Province,and "double-class" construction universities are higher than "double-class" disciplines to build universities and colleges;(3)The overall trend of postgraduate psychological development is good.In terms of postgraduate emotional adaptation and personality adaptation,Jiangsu Province is higher than Zhejiang Province,and there is no significant inter-provincial difference in innovation ability and achievement motivation;"double-class" construction of colleges and universities and "double-first-class",disciplines have significantly higher achievement motives than ordinary ones.Colleges and universities;the "double-class" discipline construction of college students' emotional adaptation is significantly better than"double-class" construction of colleges and universities;(4)The quality model of postgraduate education includes three main variables:school education quality,scientific research quality,and psychological development.The relationship between the three is:school education quality=0.47*scientific research quality;school education quality=0.12*psychological development.The quality of school education has a positive impact on the quality and psychological development of graduate students.The level of school education quality determines the level of graduate research quality and the state of psychological development.The impact of school education quality on graduate research quality is greater than the impact on psychological development. |
