Research On College Students' Occupational Choice

This paper aims to explore the causes of the social public problems of college students' employment structure contradictions and the initial employment allocation inefficiency from the perspective of public policy effects.From the perspective of college students' career choice orientation and independent choice optimization,this paper proposes to optimize the government employment policy and the effect of college education policy.Guided countermeasures.Through the research and analysis of the effects of public employment policy,college education output structure,college employment matching and career choice in the employment market,the three main stakeholders of the government,colleges and university students can draw the following conclusions: the government as an optimized and sound employment At the helm and guide of the environment,there are insufficient effects and persistence of employment and entrepreneurship policies,imperfect supporting systems,and lack of employment guidance for college students.Colleges and universities are the quasi-public sector for resource development and policy implementation of university students,and there are educational structures and societies in universities.The problem of dislocation of demand structure,employment of college students and insufficient guidance effect of entrepreneurship;government and college employment policies pay insufficient attention to the problem of employment and career choice of college students themselves,which makes the problem of structural imbalance of college students' market allocation inefficient and waste of resources prominent.Poor results and serious problems in career choices.This paper suggests: First,the government needs to optimize the effects of public policies,increase research support and application of career choice theory,emphasize career choice orientation,establish and improve employment support system,optimize employment market supply and demand relationship and employment environment;secondly,universities should combine Professional and career orientation,optimize talent training design,improve college students' professional ability accumulation and application orientation,improve the resource cultivation effect of college students from the perspective of market demand matching;Third,college students need to establish employment with career choice and development optimization orientation during school.View and development concept,enhance professional and professional ability to match position andbehavior preparation,improve the clarity and consistency of career choice,and form a reasonable employment choice.
