The development of social economy and the promotion of urbanization require a great deal of labor resources,and the floating population group formed by this has already become the subject of social concern,and relevant researches are also abundant.How social work plays a role in helping the floating population solve their problems still requires further exploration.The floating population and the problems faced in the work of the city life stand in the way they enjoy the achievement of the development of the city,and the construction of a peer support network of the floating population groups,is seen as one of the ways to solve the problem of floating population.In this paper,through the practice of Y organization,how social workers link the resources of the trade union platform and better serve the floating population.Is proved to meet the spirit of the floating population cultural entertainment activities and interpersonal support structures,as a breakthrough point to promote team work method is effective,borrow the team create a team atmosphere,make with groups of the floating population,trust each other,enhance the cohesive force.Through the service analysis of the group work,it is found that the communication of the floating population becomes more frequent,the degree of personal confidence is improved,and the peer support is constructed.Finally the author on the involvement of the practice of reflection,in team work in the service of community of the floating population also need localization,if in accordance with strict standards of team work hard to avoid in the water.The combination of localization and group work is easy to be accepted by the floating population,so as to push them to better solve problems and adapt to the life of the city.
