The Research On Home-school Cooperation Strategies Under The Background Of Immigrant Culture

Family education and school education are two important parts and the two parts play important roles during the developments of each student.And enhancing the home-school cooperation has become especially important because of the emphasis of quality-oriented education nowadays.As one of the largest immigrant cities like Shenzhen,with complex,strong fluidity situations,it is obvious that we should pay much more attention to the the home-school cooperation because of the diversities of parents' stratum and the standards and requests for their children.The research chose a classical immigrant junior high school--Z junior high school to do some researches on the modern home-school cooperation of the immigrant social society.Our research chose 480 parents,56 teachers.Questionnaire method,interview method were mainly used in it.The consciousness,ways,contents and influences are included and also be investigated and analysed.And we have realized some problems such as the consciousness,goals,contents,standards,ways,influences and so on.The rules which include some problems and suggestions to improve the situation.The government part,establishing the rules,setting up institutions and evaluation standard.School part,identifying duties between parents and schools,ensuring the main characters of home-school cooperation,enhancing training system and improving the ability of communication of teachers as well as setting up parents committee.As for teachers,improving the communication skills,changing concepts and try to find some ways to adapt the immigrant environment,pay more attention to the developments of students,especially integrated developments of each students.As for parents,adapting and raising awareness,improving and learning to use flexible the communication skills.Parents' part,changing the concept,making sure the principal part and decrease the conflicts of the home-school cooperation.Although the essay has made some discussions on home-school cooperation of the immigrant social society,the current related consequences and the literature are limited.Definitely the superficial parts may not be avoided and i hope this thesis can make a little contribution in this area.
