Class making is a kind of teaching organization,breaking the inherent single administrative class class teaching form.In recent years,the new college entrance examination reform has given new life to the class walking system.Students choose corresponding subjects according to their own interests,hobbies,specialties and future development direction.Compared with the traditional administrative class management mode,the class system is more flexible and gives students more rights of independent management.However,the appearance of the class system increases the difficulty of teachers to organize students to teach,which leads to the difficulties in the management of students.Following the implementation of the class-walking system in senior high schools in Shanghai in 2017,Shanghai L Middle School has implemented the independent management of senior high school students under the class-walking system.In this paper,based on the problem of students in the process of autonomous management,difficulties,combining the theory of objective management and total quality management theory,put forward countermeasures for improvement,and enhances the walk under high school class,the students' autonomous consciousness,cultivate their habits of autonomous management,strengthening their ability of autonomous management,also can improve go class autonomous management effect of the high school students,Then realize the self-management of senior high school students under the class system.In this paper,the research methods used include the case method,literature method,interview method and questionnaire investigation,from the high school students' autonomous consciousness shifts the next,students' satisfaction in self-management and autonomous management of autonomous degree students to participate in three dimensions to go class autonomous management of the high school student's present situation investigation,It is found that there are some problems in the self-management of senior high school students under the class-shifting system,such as the importance to be improved,the lack of scientific evaluation,the difficulty in guaranteeing the quality of training,the high requirement of routine management,and the disconnection between class evaluation standard and self-management.The main reasons are that the management ideas and methods of the head teacher need to be updated,the students' self-management consciousness is lacking,the parents' education concept is aging and other factors bring impact to the self-management.Then from the school's positive publicity,strengthen the support of independent management,reform the management system,help the head teacher to improve the management ability,cultivate students' independent management ability,enhance the cooperation between home and school win-win and other aspects of high school students under the class system to improve the problems of independent management countermeasures.Centering on the theme of "Study on the problems and improvement countermeasures of senior high school students' self-management under the class-walking system--Taking Shanghai L Middle School as an example",this paper conducts in-depth research on the improvement of senior high school students' self-management ability under the class-walking system.It is hoped that this study can provide practical management experience for the majority of front-line educators and play a reference role.
