The role of cooperation is increasingly prominent in scientific research, and scientific research cooperation is of great significance for completing scientific research tasks, innovating scientific research achievement, and improving scientific research productivity.Co-published literature is the most common form of cooperation in scientific research cooperation. How to study the research cooperation and promote the good development of the discipline through analysis of the literature has become a hot topic in recent research.Crop science is one of the core disciplines of higher agricultural universities. Its scientific research achievements play an important role in China's agriculture and rural economy development. Therefore, this study explores the impact of scientific research cooperation on the productivity of scientific research in the perspective of scientific research cooperation in crop science, and finds some problems from a point of view.Based on the literature review, this study uses the theory and method of social network analysis to search the Incites database for the co-authored literature information of 27 crops in higher agricultural institutions from 1980 to 2016.Analyze the productivity of scientific research from the perspective of the number of documents and the quality of the literature: the annual distribution of the literature and the type of literature in terms of the number of documents;the influence of citations, the frequency of citations, the index of H,and the number of papers cited And the average percentile 5 measurements and cluster analysis with SPSS software.Ucinet and Netdraw analysis tools were used to establish a scientific research cooperation network in the field of crop science. The number of documents, network density, clustering coefficient, average path length, cohesion, subgroups, centrality and small world characteristics were statistically analyzed from 24 regions,27 institutions, and 96 core authors. At the same time, the evolution process of scientific research cooperation network of 27 higher agricultural universities was demonstrated. The data analysis was carried out by using Stata software correlation analysis and negative binomial regression analysis to explore the impact of scientific research cooperation on scientific research productivity in higher agricultural institutions. The results show that the number of published literatures and the number of scientific research cooperation literatures in higher agricultural institutions are increasing year by year;the quality of literature is unstable;the network density of scientific research cooperation networks is generally low;the status of members in the network is different;there are many different academic group in scientific research cooperation networks;the intensity of the relationship of scientific research cooperation network has a significant positive impact on the productivity of scientific research;the status of the network has a significant positive impact on the productivity of scientific research;the intermediary has a significant positive impact on the productivity of scientific research; The position of the college occupying the structural hole has the greatest impact on the scientific research productivity, the connection strength is second, and the point centrality is the smallest. In view of the research conclusions, from the integration of academic research advantages, promote the balanced development of regional scientific research cooperation;adjust the distribution mode of scientific research input, promote the steady strengthening of scientific research cooperation in universities;strengthen the network status of core institutions, expand the scope of cooperation among marginal institutions;strengthen the interaction of scientific research scholars;establish author evaluation mechanism and other aspects to propose corresponding countermeasures.
