Research On The Talent Training Mode Of American Industry-University-Research Cooperation Based On Social Network Analysis

As a bridge connecting the education and the industry,industry-universityresearch cooperation plays an important role in the innovation and development of all countries.The United States is one of the earliest and most successful countries in the development of industry-university-research Cooperation.The study of successful training mode in the United States has a great significance for promoting China's innovation-driven development transformation,innovative personnel training mode and improving the quality of application-oriented personnel training.Based on social network analysis theory,complex system theory,practical learning theory and other relevant theories,this paper studies the talent training mode of American industry-university-research cooperation.From the view of complex system theory and social network analysis theory point,the industry-university-institute cooperation training activities in the United States is a complicated system composed of universities,research institutes,enterprises,intermediary agencies,financial institutions and other more organizations.The talent training mode in the United States formed by core network and auxiliary network.Colleges,universities,research institutes and enterprises that participate in the talent training directly are the core network,the auxiliary network concludes the government,intermediary organizations and financial institutions.The network is based on the benefit relationship,trust relationship and coordinate relationship.From the perspective of network size,it has the growth characteristics of network.From the perspective of the main body of the network,it presents the characteristics of multiple roles.From the perspective of network development,it is historical and profit-driven.From the perspective of network function,it has the characteristics of intercross and comprehensiveness of disciplines,applicability and complexity of talent cultivation,integration of research and development and application of achievements.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper selects the North Carolina triangle research park as an empirical study case,and builds a talent cultivation network of industry-university-research cooperation in the park by using the method of social network analysis.The network is analyzed from the perspective of whole network and individual network.The study on the whole network level manifested that the network is a scale-free network based on the analysis of node and line features,and the network has a "decentralized" structure based on the analysis of network density and network centralization.The study on the individual network level mainly according to core index and intermediary index to analyze the influence.The study on the individual network level also according to effective size index and limit system indicator to make the structural hole analysis.The paper sums up the research triangle park in North Carolina,a typical four kinds of industry-university-research cooperation personnel training mode,are respectively the government driven joint training mode,enterprise incubator model founded by universities and research institutions,ordering cultivation of contract cooperation pattern and setting up special funds to support the special plan.Through the above research,the author puts forward the main reasons for the success of the American personal training mode.First,the United States have a good development environment and basic conditions,the second reason is that the government gives strong support of talents cultivation,and third,talents training activities in America can adjust to the industry development,finally the United States has formed the whole network of industry-university-research cooperation mode.The author also putting forward several implications combining the concrete national conditions of our country.The implications regard to development concept,legal system and policy,the development orientation,teachers' team of agglomeration and investment.
