In today's big science era,research on scientific issues is becoming more complex,and the division of labor is becoming more specialized.Scientific research activities require a large amount of material resources and personnel.In order to reduce the cost and risk of scientific research and achieve complementary regional advantages,regional scientific research cooperation has become an inevitable choice for development and innovation.President Xi Jinping pointed out at the 2018 academician's conference of the two academicians that “Strengthen international scientific and technological innovation cooperation in an all-round way,and actively integrate into the global scientific and technological innovation network”,so scientific and technological innovation cooperation requires talents from different regions and disciplines to cross geographical and language barriers and jointly complete the creation of scientific knowledge.In order to understand the development of China's regional scientific research cooperation and reveal its evolutionary law,this paper uses a combination of scientometrics,social network analysis,and spatial econometrics to study the evolutionary mode of China's regional scientific research cooperation model and its evolutionary law.This research provides a certain reference for China to enhance regional scientific research cooperation and narrow the regional scientific research cooperation gap.Firstly,on the basis of combing the literature on the definition of scientific research cooperation,cooperation model,measurement of scientific research cooperation,and influencing factors,this research proposes a framework for analyzing regional scientific research cooperation mode and regional scientific research cooperation evolution law.Then,in this study,research papers in the field of management published in the CSSCI journal from 1998 to 2017 were used as data samples,and scientific research methods and social network analysis methods were used to build a regional scientific research cooperation network.The economic strength,scientific research strength,geographical distance and other factors were correlated with scientific research cooperation,and the characteristics of different scientific research cooperation mode were explored.Finally,centrality analysis,agglomeration subgroup analysis,and spatial measurement were used to analyze the characteristics of the network from the network characteristic indicators and the aggregation and other aspects have analyzed the evolution law of domestic research cooperation in the field of management.The research conclusions show that the regional scientific research cooperation network in the field of management in China shows a dense state in the east and a loose state in the west,with a small world effect.The research on scientific research cooperation mode found that the frequency of regional scientific research cooperation between provinces is moderately positively correlated with economic strength,showing three modes: strong&strong,strong&weak,weak&weak.The frequency of scientific cooperation is more related to the local scientific research strong positive correlations and mainly manifested in high-middle cooperation,high-low cooperation modes;geographical distance and scientific research cooperation are weak negative correlations.The research on the evolution law found that the regional scientific research cooperation rate is linearly related to the year,the network aggregation coefficient is increasing year by year,and the average path length is decreasing year by year.The characteristics of weak west and strong east have obvious regional differences.
