As essential element of school culture,class culture construction is viewed as the elementary form and effective breakthrough for cultivating students' moral characters,healthy personalities and positive spirit.With positive,vibrant cultural atmosphere of the class,students' spirit can be pontificated,attitude be improved,sentiments be cultivated,horizons be broadened,and taste can be raised.Further,all kinds of negative and decadent culture and atmosphere will be effectively curbed.However,there are still some rural secondary schools which ignore the class cultural construction,and are lack of awareness of the knowledge,and do not know how to build class culture.This article uses method of literature,questionnaire,interview method,and observation research to do the research on the School J.Take the school as the example,to show the problems of the construction.And by the research on Class 2 Grade 9,some situations showed by a good teacher when she contrasted class culture to give us a chance to experience,understand and analyze the scenes and the ideas of hers.In this way,courage educators to think of their problems and find out solutionsThe research contain: the meaning of class culture and so on,the functions of class culture,the questionnaires and the interviews about class culture and the problems and solutions.In order to explain this,the paper is divided into four basic components:For the first part is the introduction,main topics on the background and purpose of the significance of the study and research of the main methods.On the second part,the meaning of class culture,constitution an rural school.The third part of the contents through a questionnaire and interviews contributes to the understanding of cultural construction in junior classes.Four part of the junior classes and cultural issues exist in the building and the causes of the study are analyzed.Focuses on the cultural construction classes measures and countermeasures.Including updating the awareness of education,paying more attention on the class environment,completing the law of the class,enriching students' sprite and holding various activities,ask for support from various ways.Finally in the closing part of the research results,further summary of the issues has been evaluated and prospected.
