In the context of the new media and big data era,various contradictions in the d evelopment of education reform have been highlighted under the focus of education.A t present,China's basic education reform has entered the deep water area,and the pov erty-stricken areas are restricted by the regional economy.It is a weak end in the imb alance of education development.In the process of education reform,it is inevitable t hat there will be a contradiction between the education policy and the implementation of education.Therefore,how to deal with the crisis of education and public opinion in poverty-stricken areas,face the contradictory reality in the reform and development of basic education in poverty-stricken areas,fill in the "short-board",and better integra te into the current education reform and development is an important issue facing the relevant government departments.At the same time,education poverty alleviation proje cts in poverty-stricken areas are also an important part of the government's implement ation of precision poverty alleviation projects.The analysis of education public opinion has important academic and practical sig nificance for the development of education.As a point of influence on education refor m,the handling of educational public opinion events can not stop at the stagnation of sensation,but should be based on educational lyrics,and through the analysis and an alysis of grievances to find out the educational problems behind them,thus optimizing the face of educational reform.This study centered on Liu Wenzhan's report on the violation of the school's viol ation of the rules,and used the interview research method to conduct public opinion s urveys and collections from the perspectives of students,parents,teachers,and educati on administrators,and used the inductive analysis method to sort out the reality and n etwork public opinion.And analysis,on this basis,summed up the government's strate gy to deal with educational public opinion events from the two levels of governance and treatment.First,on the level of resolving the crisis of public opinion,the government's posit ive cooperation attitude and decisive treatment measures have become effective strategi es to resolve the public opinion crisis.On this basis,the research proposes optimizatio n strategies,which are to strengthen the emphasis on public opinion work and enhanc e poverty-stricken areas.The teacher's grievance response ability and the ability to gui de students' public opinion and the establishment of a perfect public opinion handling mechanism.Secondly,on the level of fundamentally solving the public opinion incident,this paper analyzes the current situation and reasons of the development of high school ed ucation in the county,and concludes that in the poverty-stricken areas where education resources are relatively scarce,the main body of the public has destroyed under the realistic principle of benefiting and avoiding harm.Educational rules and order,using utilitarian indicators to measure the quality of education also makes education deviate from its essence and regular conclusions.Therefore,the county's high school education reform measures are proposed: the first is to scientifically position high school educat ion,the second is to increase government investment,and the third is to deepen the r eform of high school curriculum.This paper aims to find out the future of education in poverty-stricken areas thro ugh the case study of educational public opinion events,and to look into the future o f county-level high school education reform and development.
