Using the theory of human capital and the theory of poverty alleviation with Chinese characteristics,the article attempts to study the poverty alleviation of education in Qiongjie County,Tibet by using the literature research method and the field investigation method.Qiongjie county is located in the south of Tibet Autonomous Region,which is an agricultural county supplemented by agriculture as the main animal busbandry.The characteristics of poverty are mainly shown in the following aspects.The proportion of agricultural population is high,with less cultivated land per capita.The per capita income of farmers and herders is low.The low level of population education and lack of technology lead to the shortage of human capital.Modern education started late and its development lags behind.In order to change the poverty at an early date,Qiongjie county has been implementing educational poverty alleviation measures.Qiongjie county has given priority to education development,increased investment in education and teaching year by year,actively improved school conditions,reasonably arranged school structure,and implemented the state poverty alleviation measures for special education to accelerate social and economic development in Tibet.Qiong County first took education in priority development position.improving the input of education and teaching year by year.The government helps poor families complete their studies through self-financing.The idle labor of poor families is also the aid of Qiongjie County government education poverty alleviation policy.In order to improve the employ ability of the labor force and cultivate the self-poverty awareness of poor households,Qiongjie County expands the vocational skills training channels and organizes them to participate in the occupational skills of farmers and herdsmen.training and providing employment opportunities to help the poor achieve self-poverty.Since the implementation of education poverty alleviation in Qiongjie County,the effectiveness of poverty alleviation has been remarkable.The school's infrastructure has been improved,the quality of education has steadily improved,and the educational concept of the masses has also undergone significant changes.Of course,The study finds there are still some shortcomings in the education and poverty alleviation process in Qiongjie County.For example,the government departments pay insufficient attention to the development of education,some of the concepts of farmers and herdsmen have not completely changed,the allocation of educational resources is unreasonable,and the participation of education and poverty alleviation subjects is single.The article believes that we must give full play to the basic and eradicating functions of education in poverty alleviation.First,government departments must implement leadership responsibilities,strengthen publicity on education poverty alleviation policies,and encourage social forces to participate in education poverty alleviation.Secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the education development of Qiongjie County,improve the quality of compulsory education,improve the teaching level of teachers through multiple channels,and change the current situation of Qiongjie County's education development.We must also work hard on the skills training of farmers and herdsmen,improve the ability of farmers and herdsmen to work in multiple channels,and transform population resources into human resources.Promoting the "Internet +" education model is also an effective measure to accelerate the pace of education and poverty alleviation in Qiongjie County.
