China's population faces two major problems in the adjustment of the age structure and gender structure of the population. For this reason,China began to implement the “Comprehensive Two-Child Policy” in 2016 to alleviate the problems brought about by population pressure. In this context, the “post-90s” youth as a new generation of fertility army, due to the impact of social development and the implementation of relevant policies, the level of education is generally higher than the past generations.Coupled with the influence of the Internet, the relationship between peer groups is closer, and various ideas collide with each other, which makes the fertility willingness of the “post-90s” group more rational. Therefore, whether the group will implement the birth policy is crucial. Therefore, this study should understand the level of fertility willingness of the group and provide effective suggestions for the adjustment of the birth policy. The structure of this paper consists of four main parts, including the introduction, the selection of variables and research hypotheses, and the variables, conclusions and discussions that affect the fertility willingness of young people of the age of 90.The introduction part mainly includes the background of the research, the purpose and significance of the research, the research summary and the theoretical basis of the research and the specific research methods. Then the method of variable selection and the hypothesis of this research are described;the influence of "90 after" The variables of the fertility willingness of young people of the age-appropriate mainly include the composition of the sample, the statistical description of the relevant variables affecting the fertility willingness of the young people of the “90s” age,and the regression analysis of the influencing factors of the fertility willingness of the “post-90s” youth; The family situation and work situation will explain and discuss the impact of the group's fertility willingness, and make relevant recommendations. In this study,300 samples were taken from Wuhan City to collect data in the form of a questionnaire survey. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation,chi-square test and multiple linear regression method, and displayed by means of contingency table, bar chart and pie chart. The study found that the overall fertility willingness of the group is low, about 1.36,and the ideal childbearing age is later. The gender preference of children tends to be “girl preference”.Research on influencing factors found that marital status, education, insurance status, age of colleagues, and factors of the family's elders have an impact on the group's willingness to bear. The factors affecting the choice of ideal children are mainly insurance and elders' commitment to bring children;the main factors affecting gender preference are insurance and living with elders;the main factors affecting the age of childbearing are academic qualifications, elders' urging and elders' commitment to bring children.
