| The population problem will have an important impact on the development of the whole human society.Whether people choose to have children and how much they choose to have children will not only have an impact on individuals and families,but also have an important impact on the changes of the whole population structure and the operation of the whole society.With the development of economy,the fertility rate has been declining on a large scale all over the world,including China,which has also entered the "low fertility trap".As one of the regions with low fertility rate,it is urgent to solve the problem of low fertility rate in Northeast China.Therefore,studying the fertility willingness of childbearing age population in Northeast China will help to better stimulate people’s fertility enthusiasm and predict the future population structure.Based on the above background,this paper uses the data of 2017 China Comprehensive Social Survey（CGSS）and SPSS software to make a descriptive analysis of the current situation of childbearing age population in Northeast China from three aspects: individual characteristics,family characteristics and social characteristics;Then,the correlation differences between different variables and fertility intention of childbearing age population in Northeast China were tested by cross contingency table,and the significant variables were selected for multiple ordered logistic regression analysis;Finally,through empirical analysis,the author concludes that the significant factors in personal characteristics are age and education level.Education level is inversely proportional to fertility intention,and age is directly proportional to fertility intention.In the family characteristics,the annual income will have an impact on the fertility intention of the population of childbearing age in Northeast China,and the annual income is positively correlated with the fertility intention of the population of childbearing age.In terms of social characteristics,old-age insurance and medical insurance are inversely related to the fertility intention of childbearing age population.According to all the factors,the annual income is positively correlated with the fertility intention,the education level is inversely correlated with the fertility intention of the population of childbearing age,and the medical insurance is inversely correlated with the fertility intention of the population of childbearing age.This paper studies the influencing factors and incentive strategies of fertility willingness of childbearing age population in Northeast China,and provides a series of incentive strategies to solve the population problem in Northeast China from the aspects of policy publicity,creating a new pension model,perfecting the medical security system and ensuring the family work balance. |
