Since the reform and opening up,China's economic system has been transformed. In addition, due to the rapid development of economy and society, the process of industrialization and urbanization has been accelerated, making a large number of rural labor force flock to cities to seek development opportunities. Some of the migrant workers are absent from their children's growth in order to improve the family's economic situation and create good living and educational conditions for their children. We call these school-age minors who have long been separated from their parents "left-behind children." The left-behind children in rural areas are at a critical stage of socialization.Problems frequently arise due to long-term separation from their parents, lack of family education and the influence of adverse social environment.Among them, the problem of deviant behavior is particularly prominent and has aroused the attention and attention of the public.Based on this, this article will focus on the rural left-behind children group and devote itself to finding effective measures to prevent and solve the problem behaviors of left-behind children.Under the guidance of Satya model, this study selected a rural left-behind child with deviant behavior in Enshi Prefecture of Hubei Province as the research object by using case work method to provide intervention services for more than one month. In the early contact with the case owner and his family, the detailed information of the case owner and his family was collected by using interview, observation and scientific measurement tools.According to the diagnosis, except for aggressive and hyperactive behavior problems, the case owner's self-worth level is relatively low.Further diagnosis of the case owner's family system, the author found that the case owner has a bad relationship with other family members, and the family has rigid family rules and bad communication methods. After understanding the problems and needs of the case owner, the author, the case owner and his family have formulated an intervention plan starting from the family system. The whole change process is divided into three stages, each stage adopts different working skills according to the different needs and problems of the case owner's family,so as to improve individual self-esteem and promote the case owner's deviant behavior to change; To break the family status quo, solve the problem of poor family communication mode, update family rules, and provide a healthy family environment and systematic support for correcting the main deviant behavior of the case. This study has achieved good intervention effect.Firstly,it is verified that the causes of left-behind children's deviant behavior are closely related to left-behind family system and left-behind experience.Interventional therapy aimed at the family system rather than the case owner alone can provide good support for behavior correction and correct the deviant behavior of left-behind children from the root.At the same time,to prevent the occurrence of deviant behavior of left-behind children and create favorable conditions for the healthy development of left-behind children.Secondly,it is proved that Satir model is highly suitable for intervention and treatment of deviant behavior problems of left-behind children. The application of the concept and skills of Satya model runs through the whole intervention process and provides a solution framework for the behavior deviation problem of left-behind children. The localization of Satya model can help Chinese families and society solve more practical problems.
