With the continuous development of technology and economy,society has put forward higher requirements for talents,and there is an urgent need to cultivate and enhance students’ autonomy.The cultivation of class autonomy management ability will greatly affect the comprehensive development of students,as well as the professional growth of teachers and the development of schools.Select S Primary School as a case study to conduct an investigation on the autonomous management of the primary school’s class.Based on the following ideas,the analysis will first clarify the research significance and purpose of this article,read and sort out relevant research literature at home and abroad,in order to understand the current research situation of primary school students’ autonomous management ability in the class at home and abroad;Secondly,the survey questionnaire was designed to collect data and information about the autonomous management of primary school students’ classes through the distribution of questionnaires;Once again,analyze the survey data and identify the issues,design and adjust the interview outline,conduct interviews with the class teacher and students separately,and then sort out the interview results;Finally,explore the strategies for cultivating students’ autonomous management abilities.Through the above research and analysis,a summary is made of the current problems in the autonomous management of the primary school class,mainly including the following aspects.Firstly,the content of the autonomous management plan for the class lacks comprehensiveness and systematicity.The second is that the current class democratic conventions are mainly Ideal type conventions for teachers.Thirdly,at present,the election and management of class cadres are subject to many constraints,resulting in the insufficient play of the positive role of class cadres and posing serious obstacles to the further development of class autonomous management.The fourth issue is that the mode of classroom autonomous activities needs to be optimized,which cannot fully meet the actual needs of autonomous management.The fifth reason is that the current independent management evaluation method is not comprehensive.The reason why the above situation occurs is mainly due to the following three points: firstly,students have strong dependence;secondly,the homeroom teacher cannot provide effective guidance;thirdly,the school has not conducted effective process evaluations of the homeroom teacher’s various work.This article analyzes the above issues and reasons,and proposes improvement measures as follows.First,it is necessary to reasonably determine the goals of primary school students’ class autonomy management,fully ensuring the clarity and hierarchy of class autonomy management goals.The second is to strictly implement class conventions,promote the achievement of autonomous management goals,and ensure institutional guidance.The third is to further enhance the freedom and independence of class cadres in class autonomous management,provide sufficient space and power for class cadres,and fully leverage the regulatory role of class cadres in autonomous management,balancing the relationship between class teachers and class cadre management.The fourth is to improve the theme activities within the class,further enhance its self-development effect,refine the activity themes according to the needs of the recent development zone,optimize the activity structure,improve students’ management level,and guide self-evaluation.The fifth is to establish a more scientific and reasonable diversified evaluation system,cultivate collective awareness,promote self-improvement,and showcase individual strengths.
