During the past few years,for the importance of developing education and perfecting China's talent training system,the country has continuously strengthened its support and guarantee for the education system.One of the important ways is to put a large amount of financial funds into education to meet the education work.Human resources,material resources and related funding needs.In our country's education system,compulsory education with the characteristics of public welfare,universality and compulsory is the basis for improving the quality of the people and the starting point for realizing social equity.Its implementation and guarantee are the important duties of the government.So far,China's compulsory education investment level has been significantly improved compared with the past.The main problem facing the development of compulsory education is whether the investment in education resources is sufficient or not,and whether the full input can bring corresponding output.In order to answer this question,the first task is to clarify the correspondence between inputs and outputs.On this basis,the investment in educational resources is targeted,thereby improving the input-output efficiency of compulsory education.Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad and the actual situation of a county in central China,this paper studies the relationship between the various inputs of compulsory education and the main output of student achievement.Firstly,from the perspective of history and reality,the article affirms the necessity and rationality of the government to provide compulsory education,and uses reasonable indicators to measure the input-output level of compulsory education in China in recent years,and draws the input and output of compulsory education.Relationship"research direction.Secondly,the article puts forward hypothesis about the influence of different inputs on output in the compulsory education stage,and considers that the public education input in this stage affects the possibility of student achievement by influencing the family elements,thus forming a complete path and mechanism.At the same time,the article illustrates the research method adopted in this paper,which is to determine the impact of various educational inputs on performance according to multi-layer linear regression,test the regression results according to typical correlation analysis,and determine the primary and secondary relationships betweeninput factors.On the basis of the previous article,the article uses the survey data of dozens of primary schools in a county in central China from 2011 to 2012 to study the impact of human resources,material resources and financial resources on student achievement.The empirical results show that the teacher title represented by the proportion of senior teachers in the number of teachers has a significant positive impact on student achievement.The material resources and financial support represented by the relative area of the stadium and the public expenditure of the school support the students.The positive role is relatively limited.At the same time,the input of public education resources does have the negative effect of improving parents' negative attitude towards children's test failure,more children at home,and decentralized family education resources and other factors have adverse effects on student achievement.In order to test the role of school education resources,and to clarify the importance of education resources input,the article uses typical correlation analysis methods to conduct research based on local data from 2015 to 2016.The empirical results show that the school's human resources and financial support are the main factors to improve students' performance,affirming the previous research.Considering on the empirical results and the actual situation,the article to improve the system of compulsory education financial security and puts forward some policy Suggestions: one is to further increase the total input of compulsory education resources,the second is to optimize investment structure of compulsory education resources,three from government supply resources,supervision and education,etc,to promote fair compulsory education resources allocation.At the same time,the article also puts forward some feasible methods for the government to provide more policies and financial guarantee for students and families.
