Migrant workers are the special existence in the process of social and economic development in our country.Due to the formation and development of urban-rural dual economic structure, the higher income of the city attracts a steady stream of peasants to gradually break away from the land and work in cities, becoming an indispensable employment group of our country?s labor market. The purpose of migrant workers entering the city is to exchange as much income as possible through labor to improve their living standards and improve their quality of life.Salary income is the main income of migrant workers entering the city, and is also an important source of income for rural families. However,as migrant workers, the income of migrant workers is affected by many factors such as policy, society and individuals.Studies have found that most migrant workers are engaged in long-term,high-intensity or manual labor-based work, but their labor has not received corresponding high-return returns, especially in the national regulations on standard working hours.Under the advocacy, the overall average income of migrant workers is still at a low level, and their health problems are more prominent. The income of migrant workers is related to the fair distribution of income in the whole society, the fruits of farmers' shared economic development and the revitalization of rural areas.Pay attention to the income of migrant workers, understand the characteristics of the income of migrant workers,it is of great significance to increase the income of migrant workers and improve the quality of life of rural residents. The employment of migrant workers is huge.At present, the employment of migrant workers is still growing. With the development of the economy and the changes of the times, the employment of migrant workers has developed into new characteristics, which has had a certain impact on their income. The data in this paper is from the field survey data of Guangdong and Hubei provinces in 2017.Based on the targeted and rigorous questionnaire design, migrant workers from different regions were selected from the two regions to conduct a one-to-one random sample survey. The income status of migrant workers in Guangdong Province and Hubei Province compares the income distribution of different migrant workers under standard working hours. At the same time, through further data processing and analysis, select the possible factors that affect the income of migrant workers, and comprehensively study the predecessors, and divide the factors that may affect the income of migrant workers into three categories, one is the individual characteristics of migrant workers, and the other is.The occupationalcharacteristics of migrant workers, one is the characteristic factors of migrant workers' work areas, and using the extended and perfect Mincer salary equation theory model, through multiple linear regression analysis methods,to test the monthly wage income of migrant workers under standard working hours and The influencing factors have been empirically studied. The research results show that under the standard working hours, the overall income level of migrant workers in the sample survey is not high, and the monthly wage income of a considerable number of migrant workers is still at a low level, and the internal income gap of migrant workers is relatively large.Through inspection and analysis,it is found that the gender, age, education level and health status variables of the individual characteristics of migrant workers, the occupational characteristics, the types of work, the work experience and skill mastery, and the work area variables in the regional characteristics The monthly wage income of migrant workers has a significant impact during working hours, while the marital status, employment relationship and training have little effect on the income of migrant workers.According to the results of empirical analysis, this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions on improving the salary level of migrant workers, eliminating gender discrimination in migrant workers' employment, strengthening the health protection of migrant workers, improving the cultural quality of migrant workers, strengthening the training of migrant workers' skills, and accelerating regional economic development. To further increase the income level of migrant workers and narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas.
