With the application of information technology and the deepening of curriculum reform,the development of micro-course resources in curriculum teaching research,in vocational education,secondary vocational school curriculum has carried out a new round of reform.The existing micro-course resources are abundant but not systematic,and the micro-course resources are single.They are mainly oriented at the teaching of basic disciplines,and cut simple knowledge points,etc.,which are rarely applied to the skill teaching of vocational education in the existing studies.This study is based on the theoretical basis of work process,combined with the characteristics of secondary vocational students,from the perspective of vocational skills of secondary vocational education,and centered on the design,development and application of micro-course resources in curriculum teaching.By studying the application status of working process and micro-course resources,this paper designs the micro-course resources of the course based on the work processoriented theory of constructivism and multimedia cognitive theory.It mainly focuses on six elements,six steps and three abilities of the working process to design,develop and apply micro-course resources.Taking the secondary vocational customer service course as an example,this paper designs the micro-course resource based on the working process orientation.After analyzing the necessity of carrying out the micro-course resource design for the customer service course,this paper analyzes the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching objects and teaching environment of this course.And then select the customer service of the course work in the process of a sale service process of a working link to place an order,the micro teaching content of making multimedia courseware resources micro class script design and editing of micro course resources and perfect.Through the research and design of course examples,the teaching activities of micro-course resources are carried out in the actual classroom teaching.Make use of micro-course resources to assist students to learn and master professional ability actively and build good professional quality.Based on the research of the teaching practice,the article points out the design of the secondary vocational school specialized courses class resources development and application based on the perspective of vocational education,according to the characteristics of secondary vocational school students in a class of working process oriented resources construction,more conducive to improving the students' classroom teaching effect,master professional skills,from the perspective of the construction of the professional at the same time,expand the digital teaching resources in school.
