With the development of the times, a majority of countries all around the world are promoting the informationization development of education, which brings about changes of Learner’s learning environment, learning style and learning content. Both inside and outside the classroom, tablet computers, mobile phones and other mobile devices gradually become learning tools, meanwhile MOOC, micro-video teaching resources become learning contents. However, there exist some problems in the Micro-video teaching resources that teachers developed, such as the content couldn’t combine technical, educational and artistic quality, etc. at the same time. The author tries to make a more comprehensive and further research from two aspects:video creation design and the practice of teaching.Firstly, the paper systematically combs the basic theories of micro-video for teaching, deeply explores multimedia interface design and creation properties in the process of creating the micro-video. Secondly, based on the information dissemination principle, the paper analyzes the existing problems when the primary and secondary school teachers select a teaching topic, design the instructional media and teach in class. Finally, according to the study above, this paper puts forward basic principles in the topic selection, and sums up four types of teaching methods applied to micro-video. On the choice of media development methods, the paper divides micro-video teaching resources into six categories, and then points out the optimal method for each category. The paper analyzes the key problems in the process of media design form three aspects integral style design, storyboard design, the choice of media development method. This paper puts forward the basic principles for storyboard design, and the procedure about how to develop micro-video teaching resources.In the creation practice part, the paper develops micro-video of "The main aspects and the secondary aspects of contradiction". And with the experience in development of Online courses of the ministry of education, the author makes a quiet deep analysis on the opening of micro-video teaching resources, and makes principles and methods listed above more perfect from practice. The paper’s research and practice in the process of micro-video teaching resources design and development provide a comprehensive guide in creation practice for teachers in both theory and practice.
