Since the 18 th National Congress,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping has attached great importance to the issue of education which can revitalize the country.The Outline of National Education Reform and Development Plan reports that adherence to the opening up of education not only conforms the basic national policy China's opening to the outside world,but also to meet the development needs of the time.Strengthening the exchange and cooperation of international education,introducing high-quality teaching resources,talking advanced teaching methods for students are good way to cultivate qualified global citizens who have an international vision,laws,affairs.More and more international high schools have been established.This is an important manifestation of educational institutions to strengthen their links with the global education.Due to the late rise of international high schools,the relevant teaching theories are still immature,and there are specializes in education.Then,this is extremely urgent to achieve goal of international high schools education which can improve international high school education effective.Ideological and political education is a compulsory subjects in high school.For past international high school education,it was not included in the prescribed unified curriculum.Although some international schools have opened economics course which its contents are in common with high school compulsory subject--ideological and political education.However the goal of ideological and political teaching has not been realized as a whole.It can cause a limit for the realization of the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching from theThrough investigation,this paper has understood the characteristics,it discussed the necessity of setting up ideological and political course,then it concluded the existing problems and specific countermeasures in the teaching of ideological and political course.Form field analysis.The paper is divided into five parts: the reason,the background,the definition of related concepts,domestic and foreign research.The second chapter summarizes the characteristics of international high school ideological and political teaching.The third chapter analyzes the necessity of ideological and political teaching.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and reasons of the effectiveness.Finally,the countermeasures for the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching.
