A Study On Ritual Education And Its Practice In Colleges And Universities

The ritual is continuous in the long history of human history and is a special cultural phenomenon and practice.Throughout ancient and modern times,rituals have not only been used as an important way for people to express special moments,but also as a carrier of education to spiritually baptism and spiritual edification.schools are an important place to use rituals to carry out education,and colleges and universities are an important place to educate students by means of ceremonies.The ritual has an irreplaceable educational function of other educational carriers.It is precisely because of its educational function that the ritual is paid more and more attention by the party and the government as well as schools of all levels.However,in the practice of the performance of college ceremonies,the educational function of the ritual has not been effectively played,the educational value of the ritual has been diluted and lost,and the effect of using the ritual to educate the students is not good.Therefore,this thesis attempts to explore the educational function of rituals and its realization in the educational activities of colleges and universities,and is guided by the practical problems existing in the practice of ceremonial education in colleges and universities,and follows the development logic of ritual activities in colleges and universities.Put forward the specific practical ways of cultivating people in colleges and universities.The paper is discussed in the following four parts.The first part puts forward the reasons and significance of the topic selection,summarizes the research status of rituals at home and abroad,and makes a review of the current situation,and briefly explains the research ideas,research methods and innovations of the thesis.The second part discusses the related theories of rituals from the generation and rhetoric of rituals,concepts,characteristics and rituals,such as cultural education,moral education,social education,ideological and political education,etc.The connotation,type performance and educational characteristics of the ceremony are explained.The third part explores the practice of ceremonial education in colleges and universities.Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of ritual education in four universities in the southern part of our school,and proves that the main body of ritual education in colleges and universities is absent and content.Empty,distorted,unsatisfactory and other problems,and problem-oriented,analyze the causes of problems,pointing out that the old concept of lagging education,the disadvantages of excessive concentration of ritual power,the negative influence of instrumental rationalism and the social pluralistic environment the malignant infection is caused by many factors.On the basis of the above analysis,the fourth part takes the ritual resources,ritual platform,ceremonial activities and ritual mechanism as the entry point,and realizes the ritual through the formation of ritual education synergy,smooth ritual education channels,creation of ritual education situation and perfect ritual education system.Theeducational function provides a practical way for colleges and universities to make full use of rituals to achieve the purpose of educating people.
