In recent years,through news reports and online browsing,we can know that contemporary primary and secondary school students commit suicide,self-mutilation,crime,campus violence are ubiquitous.It is not difficult to find that many events are focusing on a problem,that is,the phenomenon of neglecting life.The phenomenon of adolescents has both family and social reasons,but in education,the lack of life education is also worth thinking about.As the foundation and hope of the future development of the motherland,the healthy physical and mental development of young people has become a problem that can not be ignored.At present,life education has become a hot topic in academic research.However,when constructing the content of life education vigorously,it neglects Wushu,which has the connotation of national culture and the name of "national art".Therefore,this study uses literature,expert interviews,logical analysis and other methods to interpret the thought of life education in Wushu education,and annotate that life education is the ultimate value of school Wushu education.The conclusions are as follows:(1)From the triple attributes of life,i.e.natural life,spiritual life and social life,this paper interprets the life education thought of Wushu education.The research holds that the thought of "harmony between man and nature" in Wushu education is the manifestation of natural life view,the idea of "vigorous and promising" in Wushu education is the manifestation of spiritual life view,and the idea of "emphasizing Wushu morality" in Wushu education is the manifestation of social life view.Nowadays,they are prerequisites,interrelated and influencing each other,promoting the harmonious development of the whole life and constituting a complete life together.(2)Any kind of education way is through different ways to enable individuals to experience the existence of life,the ultimate direction is also to life education,the ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life,thereby promoting the overall development of life.The research holds that:natural life is one of the ultimate values of school Wushu education,which can strengthen the sound of natural life;spiritual life is the second ultimate value of school Wushu education,which can promote the enrichment of spiritual life;social life is the third ultimate value of school Wushu education,which can improve the value of social life.How to carry out life education in school Wushu education is not the focus of this study.In view of the current situation of the development of school Wushu education and life education,this study puts forward some suggestions in order to give inspiration and reflection.(1)At the national level:the state should raise all school education to the height of life education,attach great importance to the development of life education in schools,and issue corresponding policy documents to support it,so that the whole society and schools can participate in the action of life education.At the same time,we should strengthen scientific research,constantly explore the combination of traditional cultural ideas and life education content,promote the development of life education and build life education curriculum with Chinese characteristics.(2)School level:when carrying out life education,school Wushu should "bundle"life education in Wushu technology teaching,and through the practice of technical action,transform the life education thought of "bundling" in technology into adolescents' behavior consciousness,so that adolescents can pay attention to the beautiful experience of life,cherish the natural development of life,and strengthen the moral perfection of life,so as to make the adolescents pay attention to the good experience of life,cherish the natural development of life and strengthen the moral perfection of life School Wushu education has become an effective way of life education,promoting the healthy development of adolescents' body and mind.(3)Family level:the development of life education requires close cooperation between parents and schools,which requires parents to do a good job of bridge and link between schools and children,and to actively guide children's love for life,strengthen children's experience of life,and foster awareness of life protection and danger.At the same time,parents are required to learn the relevant theoretical knowledge of life education and strengthen the theoretical guidance of life education.Thus,a high degree of coordination and unity among society,school and family will be formed to jointly promote the development of adolescent life.At present,teenagers are the future builders of the motherland,the problem solvers,not the problem makers.Therefore,in view of the phenomenon that teenagers neglect life at present,as one of the basic ways of education,Wushu education should shoulder the mission of this era under such circumstances,which is the ultimate value purpose of school Wushu education:life education.
