It is only less than one year since the goal of building a well-off society in 2020.In recent years,China's poverty alleviation model has gradually entered the stage of "precise poverty alleviation".In order to achieve the balanced development of the society at this stage,the party and the government have increased the assistance to the families in need,and the effect is remarkable.However,there are still many problems in the implementation of the policy:such as the use of administrative and economic methods to solve the problems faced by families with difficulties.The problem,while ignoring the psychological situation of the difficult family members;the habit of using the problem perspective to solve and solve the poverty problem,the lack of intervention in mutual assistance and cooperation and future development;at this stage,the precision assistance work method gradually evolved into the anti-individualization problem Poverty interventions pay less attention to the empowerment of difficult families and the improvement of poverty alleviation capabilities.The battle for precision poverty alleviation has already begun,and there are still many difficulties and obstacles in rural poverty alleviation.In the context of precise poverty alleviation and "social work+poverty alleviation",this study focuses on improving the poverty alleviation ability of poor rural families.The research focuses on the theory of professional social work,the theory of empowerment and the theory of social work.On the basis of the above,I hope to be able to accumulate practical experience and provide in-depth theoretical reflection while conducting practical operations.In the research,through the previous interviews and interviews to obtain relevant research data,summarize and summarize the material information,the current situation of rural poor families in Suixi County was described,the problem was analyzed,and the poverty status of the research objects was analyzed.The problems faced and the goals that are expected to be achieved;on this basis,determine the practical interventions to help poor family members to re-understand the potential of themselves and their families,help them link resources,improve their ability to fight poverty,and help them achieve basic living needs as a service goal.Starting from the actual needs,designing the social work service program and carrying out the actual intervention work,in order to achieve the goal of improving the poverty alleviation ability of poor rural families.Based on case studies,this paper focuses on rural families with strong desire to lift poverty,focusing on the core members of the family,conducting practical investigations through practical operations,and exploring specific aspects from policy support,social resource links,and social worker involvement.Operational approach;using social work professional methods such as case social work to provide intervention services to help researchers improve their self-building and self-development capabilities,with a view to helping solve poverty and difficulties in life and alleviating the pressure on family life.At the same time,I hope that after the end of the research,we will sum up the process of reflection and experience,and carry out more detailed and effective mode exploration in the next step of further research.
