Research On The Social Work Involved In Poverty Alleviation For The Disabled In Rural Areas

At present,China's poverty alleviation work has reached a crucial stage of decisive victory and complete closure.The focus of our work has shifted from comprehensive campaigns to key areas and key groups of people,and rural areas have become the main battlefield.The impoverished disabled groups in rural areas are special groups with dual attributes of "poverty and disability",which seriously hinder their progress of poverty alleviation due to low confidence in poverty alleviation,insufficient labor capacity,low cultural skills,low rehabilitation ability and imperfect social support network.This article selects the poor disabled person in X town T village as the typical case,mainly from the microcosmic level,opens the direct case and the group work,takes the superiority angle of view,enhances the ability theories and theories of social support,based on the assessment of the victim's problems,aim at helping the victim to improve his mental health,build up positive confidence in poverty eradication,explore his own strengths and potentials,strengthen the network of family and peer support systems,broaden the policy information channels for the Benefit of the people and the disabled,link skills training to meet the needs of the victim,and help the victim actively enhance his enrichment skills.In the specific case work,group work,gradually help the victim to achieve self-confidence,self-reliance,self-improvement,to achieve the social value of the victim,smoothly out of poverty.
