In an open,interconnected and keep-changing globalization era,China is becoming a part of the world.The people and enterprise are eager to “step out” and their dreams have gradually become reality.Consequently,the strong demands about professional and practical talents with English ability in the domestic and overseas markets have spawned a Blue Ocean market——English training— with hundreds of billions market value.As its segment,the children English training market has tremendous needs,lower market access and huge consumer potential,various training institutions have to pour a large amount of funds into the market to seize the market share,bringing about fierce “prize war” and competition.Yunnan L Education Consulting Company(hereinafter referred to as L Company)is aware that the only solution to achieve sustainable and sound development is to increasingly improve the consumer's satisfaction,forming its own core competitive advantages,for the competition is doomed to return to rationality.However,with the long-team absences of measurable,systematic evaluation and assessment,L Company failed to spot the problems and flawlessness and understand the real situation about the consumer services.Hence,the consumer's satisfaction survey of L Company is their top priority.This article explains systematically the related theories about consumer's satisfaction.By combining the theoretical method with the tailored questionnaires from L Company,the document investigates the training classes and teaching content,service quality,students experiences and perception from two perspectives,the parents and the cooperation partner.The final result is tested and analyzed by the Likert Scale metrological law and Factor analysis.This investigation is combination of theory and practice so as to reveal the status quo of L Company's training services and consumer satisfaction.The consumers attaches high important those services,including the faculty,curriculum design,classroom teaching and resources allocation.The article finds the existed issues and weak points via the questionnaire analysis and proposes the constructive suggestion and improvement methods.Then the L Company is able to achieve the rapid,sustainable and sound development.up to a point the English training services for Children in KunMing City also could draw some useful experiences from this article.
