With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards,more and more people participate in sports,and the participating sports also tend to diversify.In recent years,our elite tennis players have won many championships in the international arena.Tennis,an "elegant" sport,has been sought after by college students.Tennis is a compulsory course for college students majoring in physical education.Improving the quality of tennis teaching is an important area for tennis teachers to study.For the exploration of physical education teaching methods,Chinese sports workers are committed to seeking new means to improve the teaching effect.At present,most colleges and universities adopt traditional teaching methods in physical education courses.With the development of information technology,modern information technology has made a new attempt in physical education teaching.Video feedback teaching is to provide intuitive information in classroom teaching by virtue of the advantages of modern technology and the characteristics of feedback,and optimize the path of information transmission in classroom teaching process.Teachers as the leader of classroom teaching provide reference information for the next stage of teaching design by collecting feedback information;students as the main body of physical education classroom,through video comparative analysis,help students to establish correct action concepts,and cultivate students' ability to discover and solve problems.By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,this study takes 317 students of physical education major in Yuzhang Normal University as the experimental research object,and carries out a semester of tennis basic course teaching.The control group was taught by traditional teaching method,while the experimental group was taught by video feedback method.At the end of the semester,the students' physical quality,professional skills and interest in learning were compared and analyzed.This paper studies the influence of video feedback teaching on the formation of tennis technical movements,and alsoprovides a theoretical basis for the practical application of video feedback teaching in college tennis general courses in the future.Through this teaching experiment,the following conclusions are drawn:Conclusion:(1)Both the experimental group and the control group have improved in the physical fitness test index,but there is no difference.Both traditional teaching method and video feedback teaching can promote students' physical fitness.(2)The experimental group and the control group have significantly improved in tennis technology.The experimental group using video feedback teaching is more effective than the traditional teaching method in tennis technology teaching.(3)Video feedback teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning more than traditional physical education teaching methods.Video feedback teaching fully reflects students' principal position and can mobilize students' learning enthusiasm.
