| At present,with the rapid development of science and technology,the physical education methods have been updated continuously.Thus,the combination of teaching methods and modern tools has become more and more closely,which promotes the development of physical education curriculum in Chinese universities.In particular,video feedback has been widely used in the teaching and training of high jump,basketball,speed skating and other sports,which has been accepted by lots of training teams.Based on this,this study will try to apply video feedback teaching methods to the volleyball general course in the Physical Education College of Xinjiang Normal University,and try to innovative volleyball teaching methods,to cultivate students' independent ability to correct mistakes,and to digging students' potential capacity.Finally,this study will try to contribute to the physical education in theoretical way and practical way.This research mainly uses literature research method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,and questionnaire survey method,etc..We take students of the 2017-level and 2016-level physical education major in the Volleyball General Course of the Xinjiang Normal University as experimental subjects,and conduct an experiment of 54 volleyball lessons in 17 weeks.The results are as follow:(1)There is a significant difference in the scores of the spiking,serving,and competition ability between the experimental group and the control group.This means that the teaching effect of the video feedback teaching is better than the traditional teaching method.And the feedback teaching method can be used in the Volleyball general course in Xinjiang Normal University(2)Video feedback teaching methods,as a new teaching method using modern technology,stimulates students' interest in their volleyball learning.(3)Adopting video feedback teaching in the process of imparting volleyball skills not only enrich the teaching methods,but also increase the attention of teachers and students to the teaching content.Thus,students' satisfaction for the course has been improved,which promote the relation between students and teachers.(4)The video feedback teaching can cultivate students' awareness of ball-free preparation and coherence of the ball in the game.As a result,the students' volleyball competitions become more continuously and more fiercely.(5)The video feedback teaching method cultivates students' independent thinking ability and self-correcting ability.Through discussion,students' teaching ability has been improved as well,which helps students in the normal university to develop in an all-round way. |
