| In recent years,with the liberalization of the policy of "enrollment expansion" in Colleges and universities,the enrollment scale of colleges and universities is also expanding.More and more students go to colleges and universities for study and further study.However,because students come from all over the country,there are differences in their growth environment,personality,interpersonal communication ability and their physical quality and sports ability.Therefore,in the process of physical education teaching,we should not blindly teach in accordance with the conventional teaching mode and method,but should follow the law of students' physical and mental development,so as to treat students differently and teach students in accordance with their aptitude.Basketball is one of the most popular sports currently.It is popular with students and has become the main course of physical education in Colleges and universities.In basketball teaching,due to the individual differences of students,it is difficult to achieve ideal teaching effect by using conventional teaching methods.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore whether this teaching method meets the needs of current college basketball teaching and whether it has significant effects on promoting students' self-learning and improving basketball skills,and to deepen the reform of physical education teaching in Colleges and universities in China,by carrying out 32-hour dynamic stratified experimental teaching for students in the 2017 basketball elective class of Wuhan Institute of Engineering and Technology.To provide reference and reference for improving students' comprehensive quality and ability in an all-round way.This paper mainly adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment,expert interview and mathematical statistics.The research object of this paper is the application of dynamic hierarchical teaching method in college basketball teaching.Seventy boys in the 2017 basketball elective class of Wuhan Institute of Engineering and Science and Technology are selected as theexperimental subjects,of which 35 are in the experimental class and 35 are in the control class.The experimental class will be dynamic.The layered teaching method permeates the basketball teaching and training,and the control class adopts the conventional teaching method to carry out the basketball teaching and training.After32 school hours,the data indicators and sports performance of the experimental class and the control class were compared and analyzed.It was concluded that the dynamic hierarchical teaching method had significant effects on students' physical fitness,basketball sports skills,basketball learning emotional attitude and teaching feedback in the basketball teaching process.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)in college basketball elective teaching,the use of dynamic stratification teaching method and conventional teaching method has a certain effect on the improvement of students' physical quality,but from the perspective of the extent of the improvement of students' physical quality,the dynamic stratification teaching method has a better effect on the improvement of students' physical quality.(2)from the perspective of the standard achievement,technical evaluation achievement and comprehensive achievement of college basketball elective students,the dynamic stratified teaching method and the conventional teaching method have improved the standard achievement,technical evaluation achievement and comprehensive achievement of students' basketball after the experiment,but from the perspective of the improvement range and effect,the dynamic stratified teaching method has more advantages than the conventional teaching method. |
