People's health has been in the strategic position of giving priority to development.People's healthy development runs through the whole life cycle.Childhood is the initial stage of people's healthy development, and it is also an important period of cultivating healthy habits. However,in the urbanized life, children with sensory integration disorder are up to 35%.Therefore,the society must pay attention to the practical problem of children's sensory integration disorder, which is also an important factor in the current social development.Wushu,as a unique physical exercise in China, can greatly improve the sensory integration disorder by focusing on the internal training mode of the body. Therefore,in the new era of shaping cultural self-consciousness and strengthening cultural self-confidence,it is the best choice to solve China's problems in a Chinese way.Wushu moves are generous, structurally rigorous and aesthetic. They vary in variety, fluctuate in height and move in a twinkling way. They have a good promoting effect on human body's ontological sense, body coordination, balance and other qualities.Especially for children, they are in an important period of physical development.Practicing Wushu can help children get better and more comprehensive development.Based on this, this paper adopts the method of documentation to deeply understand the research of sensory integration at home and abroad;records the children's education, movement development and sensory integration training through field investigation;and adopts expert interview to improve sensory integration disorder of children's Wushu training movements and sensory integration training. The movement was selected and evaluated. The experimental method was used to observe the changes of data before and after children's Wushu training and sensory integration training, and the data were analyzed statistically, and the conclusion was drawn:(1)According to the results of the survey,69 out of 181 children in the survey had sensory integration disorders of varying degrees. The incidence of sensoryintegration disorders was 38.12%.Among them,56 children had mild disorders, accounting for 81.16% of the total,11 children had moderate disorders, accounting for 15.94% of the total, and the incidence of severe disorders was 38.12%.Two,accounting for 2.90% of the total number of disorders. This shows that most of the sensory integration disorders are mild disorders, which are likely to be improved or even cured by relevant training.(2)The experimental data show that the data of the control group after the experiment is slightly higher than that before the experiment, and the degree of change is not significant. It shows that with the growth of children's age, physical function will be improved to a certain extent, and the ability of sensory integration will also be enhanced. However, with the growth of age and physical development, the enhancement of sensory integration is not enough to change the present situation of children's sensory integration disorder.(3)The experimental study shows that children's Wushu training can significantly improve and improve vestibular imbalance, tactile defense imbalance and proprioceptive imbalance in 4-5 years old children.(4)The experimental study shows that sensory integration training can significantly improve vestibular imbalance, tactile defense imbalance and proprioceptive sensory imbalance in 4-5 years old children.(5)The experimental research shows that although the increment of the mean value of sensory integration training group after experiment is higher than that before experiment, there is little difference between the two groups. This shows that children's Wushu training and sensory integration training have the same effect on improving sensory integration disorder of 4-5 years old children. Therefore, this article appeals to the vast number of Wushu workers to participate in it,more research on the combination of Wushu training and sensory integration ability, continue to enrich such research, better make up for the deficiencies and deficiencies of relevant research, contribute their meagre strength to the development of Wushu, but also for the better of society. The development has added bricks and tiles.
