The teaching mode of PAD Class + Flipped Classroom highlights the information communication between teaching and learning,which also enable students to supplemental learning through digital video materials such as teaching videos,audio and electronic textbooks after class,in order to enhance the ability of their self-selection and to increase the proportion of interaction amid teachers and students to solve the problems of students' basic learning level and insufficient practice time,and finally to improve the effectiveness of classroom practice and realize the individualized development of students.This research adopted Literature method,questionnaire investigate method,teaching test method and mathematical statistics method.First of all,this paper analyzed the two class and the teaching mode about the PAD Class combined with the flipped classroom and the PAD Class through literature review,the feasibility of implementing the PAD Class + Flipped Classroom teaching mode in the basketball selective course was discussed.With the goal of improving the self-learning ability of basketball candidates in universities,taking the undergraduate students of Central South University as experimental subjects,the teaching mode of PAD Class + Flipped Classroom was applied to the public class teaching of basketball in ordinary colleges and universities.Two basketball selective classed were randomly selected and divided into experimental classes practiced the PAD Class + Flipped Classroom teaching mode and a comparison class received traditional teaching methods.After a semester of basketball lessons,the basketball skills,physical quality,sports learning interest and exercise attitude of the two groups students before and after the courses were analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.After the teaching experiment,the scores of basketball technical skills assessment and technical evaluation of the experimental class were significantly higher than the control class,with a significant difference.It shows that the application of the basketball option class of the PAD Class + Flipped Classroom teaching mode can make students fully arouse their subjective enthusiasm in learning and played a very positive role in mastering and improving basketball skills.2.When we end the teaching experiment,the experimental class and the reference all have a degree of improvement in terms of the physical health,among which there were significant differences in the scores of vital capacity,sit and reach,standing long jump,50 m and 1000 m.However,compared with the control class,the student who are in the other were no significant differences in the physical health(P>0.05),indicating that the improvement in physical fitness of students was same whether of the PAD Class + Flipped Classroom teaching mode or the traditional teaching mode were applied in the basketball selective class.3.After the teaching test,there had a significant differences in the favorite degree of Physical and Extracurricular sports learning and the out-of-school attention to take part in sports activities between the two classes(P < 0.05).Compared with the control class,the experimental class.There was a obvious discrepancy in the degree of independent physical education,extracurricular attention and participation on physical activity,which indicated that the application of PAD Class + Flipped Classroom teaching mode in basketball selective course could stimulate students interest in physical education.4.After the teaching experiment,the students in the experimental class had a significant difference in behavioral attitude,behavioral intention and emotional experience compared that before the teaching experiment(P < 0.01),and there was a significant difference in the target attitude and subjective criteria;Compared with the control class,the experimental class was significantly better than the control class in terms of behavioral attitude,behavioral intention and emotional experience,indicating that the application of Flip classroom + halve classroom teaching mode in basketball optional class teaching could promote the improvement and improvement of the student's exercise attitude.
