In the context of the new era,with the vigorous development of the tourism industry,new requirements have been placed on modern tourism talents.As a cradle for training tourism professionals,the school education plays an important role in vocational tourism.It needs to adapt to economic and social changes,evaluate students based on key competencies and improve the overall quality of tourism talents.For the vocational students,perfecting the student evaluation model can guide them correctly,so that they can meet the needs of social development and students' personal development.Based on the literature analysis method,this paper carries out interviews and questionnaires with teachers and students of secondary vocational tourism majors and tourism practitioners through the educational survey method.Based on the mathematical statistical analysis method,the survey data were analyzed with the help of the statistical software Excel and SPSS,and the following five problems were found in the assessment of the key competencies of the secondary vocational tourism major:1.the understanding of the key competencies is not comprehensive,the assessment concept is backward;2.Lack of enthusiasm in assessment and lack of organization,management and supervision institutions;3.the assessment process is not standard,the lack of perfect student assessment model;4.the assessment standard is not clear,lack of complete assessment index system;5.The assessment is too formalized and the feedback to the assessment results is insufficient.Aiming at the above problems,formulate a research plan and build a student evaluation model based on the core literacy of the vocational tourism major: change the evaluation concept and practice core literacy evaluation according to the new requirements for tour guide talents in the new era;form an evaluation organization,improve the evaluation supervision system;sort out the evaluation Process,construct student evaluation model from five levels of evaluation principle,content,stage,subject and method;quantitative analysis through principal component analysis and AHP layered model,establish evaluation index system,and use Yaahp AHP software for evaluation index weight Calculation,combining qualitative and quantitative,improve the operability of evaluation;establish a feedback mechanism to enhance the enthusiasm of each evaluation subject to participate.Finally,combining theory and practice,we selected students from a class in a vocational tourism major in Nanjing for empirical analysis,and practiced and tested the student evaluation model.The new student evaluation model has the following three characteristics:1.Through education surveys,the analysis of student evaluation models for the existing problems of the tourism profession is highly targeted;2.Sort out the core literacy of secondary vocational tourism students from multiple angles of policy,school,enterprise and students,and have a clear explanation of the source of evaluation indicators;3.Combining qualitative and quantitative methods to enhance evaluation operability.It is hoped that this study can be used in the daily course assessment,final general assessment,academic assessment and other assessment stages of secondary vocational tourism students,so as to make some contributions to the development of secondary vocational tourism.
