The low quality of vocational education classroom teaching is a common phenomenon in the society.Vocational education tourism management classroom teaching must face the method and channel problem that urgently need to improve teaching effectiveness.Therefore,this study takes vocational education classroom teaching as the research object,and takes the teaching effectiveness theory as the guide.It combines the teaching practice of Guiyang tourism school with other vocational school visit experiences,and takes “interpreting the connotation,reconsidering the current situation,and constructing strategies” as the research ideas.Taking effective teaching as the main line,and from the perspective of students,teachers,and classroom environment,through the practical application of the effectiveness theory of the teaching of tourism management in classroom teaching,this paper reflects on the main problems in the current effective process of classroom teaching in vocational education,and actively explores rich Chinese characteristics.Vocational education classroom teaching continues to improve the development of effectiveness.This study is divided into five parts.In Chapter One.In theory,we analyze the effectiveness of classroom teaching by collating and analyzing the literature and previous research results,interpreting the analysis and effects of existing research on the effectiveness of classroom teaching,combining the status quo of vocational education,summarizing the research ideas,framework,and possible Innovation.It is proposed that the effectiveness of teaching is the focus of teaching,and it is the difficulty in the implementation of vocational education classroom.Research on the effectiveness of classroom teaching in vocational education is the only way for the growth of vocational education.In Chapter Two evaluates the construction of the system.According to the normative documents,the influencing factors in the classroom were analyzed based on the documents collected by themselves,the summing up of participating in teaching and research activities,and the interview investigation and research activities.Determine the classroom teaching effectiveness evaluation system.According to the evaluation system,the insufficiency of classroom teaching effectiveness is determined.In Chapter Three analyzes the status quo.Through the survey of three vocational schools,three major influencing factors,namely students,teachers,and classroom environment in vocational education,were selected for analysis.First of all,understand the basic situation of vocational education and get a basic overview of vocational education.Second,master the goals of classroom teaching and get the results that classroom teaching needs.Then,analyze the effectiveness of classroom teaching and analyze the validity of classroom teaching to master the effective classroom.The basic teaching situation;Finally put forward the corresponding strategy,according to the above description of the improvement.In Chapter Four Practical Research.Based on the findings and conclusions obtained from the above studies,a practical study was conducted to examine the effectiveness of classroom teaching to analyze targeted and effective teaching models.Conduct classroom practice to draw ideas and strategies.In Chapter Five Strategy Analysis.Through the construction of teaching effectiveness evaluation system,the status quo investigation of the effectiveness of classroom teaching in the vocational school tourism management,the practical exploration of the effectiveness of classroom teaching in the vocational school tourism management,analysis and exploration of strategies to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools for the tourism management Classroom teaching provides reference.This study believes that the effectiveness of classroom teaching in vocational education is necessary and must be consistent;the effectiveness of vocational education is a common concern in the world of vocational education,and the realization of the effectiveness of tourism management vocational education needs to be based on tourism management vocational education.The status quo,learning from the useful experience of the development of vocational education teaching and learning in developed countries,effective teaching theory is an inevitable choice to improve the quality of classroom teaching in vocational education in our country,and promote the sustainable development of vocational education in our country.The purpose of this study is to provide some teaching experience and inspiration for classroom teaching in vocational education.
