Regional culture is an important part of Chinese culture and has rich educational value."One side of the soil and water,raise one side of the people",with more than 3,000 years of historical and cultural heritage of the historical and cultural city jinan,the regional cultural content is colorful,the integration of it into the kindergarten characteristic curriculum,can let children experience the cultural charm of jinan,further understand the hometown,know the hometown,appreciate the hometown,cultivate their sense of identity to the regional culture,stimulate children love the motherland,love the hometown of jinan emotion,thereby enhancing national pride,self-esteem,self-confidence.Firstly,this paper reviews relevant research literature,on this basis,specifically discusses the purpose and significance of the research,determines the research ideas and methods,and lays a foundation for the upcoming research.Secondly,it summarizes the regional culture and kindergarten characteristic curriculum,mainly defines the concepts of regional culture,kindergarten curriculum and kindergarten characteristic curriculum,and discusses the unique value of regional culture to the construction of kindergarten characteristic curriculum.Thirdly,take Jinan as an example,through observation and interview to understand the current situation and problems of Jinan regional culture characteristic curriculum,and analyze the reasons for these problems.This paper mainly discusses and analyzes the following aspects:Teachers' inadequate understanding of regional culture,teachers' inadequate development and utilization of regional cultural curriculum resources,unreasonable organization and implementation of regional cultural characteristic curriculum,inadequate reflection of regional cultural characteristics in kindergarten environment creation,and single evaluation content and subject of regional cultural characteristic curriculum.Finally,according to the existing problems,the corresponding educational countermeasures are put forward from five aspects: Deepening teachers' understanding of regional culture,fully developing and utilizing regional culture curriculum resources,optimizing the implementationmode of regional culture characteristic curriculum,creating the environment atmosphere with regional culture characteristic,and standardizing the evaluation of regional culture characteristic curriculum in kindergarten.
